This is the WORSTCVS I’ve ever been to in my entire life. No one is at the register to help you and it’s all self check out. So if you have a problem at self check out there’s legitimately no one there to fix it for you or help with your purchase. On top of that this employee named Milena(I’m butchering the name because she barely speaks English so I don’t know how to pronounce it), wouldn’t help me either when I asked for it. It was a really simple thing she could’ve done to help me too, I clicked English on the machine and it started speaking Spanish instead, she only had to fix that for me but she was clearly too lazy. She just stared at me and continued cleaning up behind the main registers which I might add are the ones they DON’T EVENUSE. I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for years, getting all of my prescriptions through them and anything else I might need, but this was RIDICULOUS. The employees are simply lazy and inattentive to their customers. Image to rank this CVS on giving the worst customer experience I’ve ever witnessed. I’ll never be spending my money here again and I hope corporate cracks down on them and makes some big changes here. I’ll be calling to complain shortly after writing this review. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be helped lol.
