The style of food at Timo reflects Chef Tim Andriola’s love affair with flavors and simplicity of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Andriola’s fare takes its roots from the experiences and influences he discovered while traveling through Europe and the United States. The menu at Timo represents a modern interpretation of Italian/​Mediterranean cuisine seen through the eyes and hands of an American. With a solid understanding of quality ingredients captured in season and a reverence paid to the lands from where they came, Chef Andriola has created a menu from which all can enjoy. A large selection of homemade pastas, pizza from an authentic wood burning oven and local fish fresh from Florida waters highlight the menu.
