Secend time my dog look awesome ;-) he is so happy and Smell so Good after ful set spa ;-)

It took me about 2 months to write this review, because I have been soooo angry; that I do not want to be in any means insulting, sorry but here it goes:
1. If I go to a Salon, I don’t want my hair cut by students; you should try hiring and «older, more experienced crowd»; I mean your whole, «we hire young girls, looks cute… And don’t get me wrong they are nice, but not experienced, and traumatized, hurt, and messed up my dog.
2. If you have an accident, tell the dogs owner. Don’t play it off. It took 2 months for my dogs nails to grow back…
3. If I get charged for a service, perform it… If by any reason the dog won’t let you perform it… Don’t charge for it. You did not trim my dogs ears, and I had paid the package.
4. If you are going to brand your business to reach a certain demographic, make sure you provide high quality service; location and name can only go so far… They might help you look trendy and fancy… But usually service and quality speak more.
You lost a customer. Well probably more than one, because I have not been happy at all

So disappointed, first visit they cut my dogs throat and it had to go to the hospital to get stitches. second experience, Took my other dog for grooming with an appointment at 12 noon and it was ready after 6 PM !. Aside the fact the place smells horrible — never again ! :((

Very friendly and professional staff… Called on a Saturday and even though they were busy they didn’t say no to bringing my 10 month old puppy in for grooming! He looks great and was super happy tail wagging when we picked him up a few hours later! Thanks for taking care of him and making him look so handsome! We will be back!

I have been taking my Shih-​Poo here off and on for about a year. I take him there sporadically only because I don’t live in the area but I visit family in Sunny Isles. I have never boarded my dogs here but I’ve used their grooming services. I think they do a great job grooming. Most importantly, my dog isn’t terrified to be there… like his is at most groomers. I think they are caring and treat the dogs very well. When I come to pick him up, he’s either in on of the employees arms being held/​cuddled or he is behind a little fence in the grooming area… never in a cage. The only complaint I have is that they take a long time (usually about 3 hours). That could be attributed to the fact that I always take him on a Saturday, and I’m assuming they’re busier on the weekends. I think their prices are reasonable too. I recommend Le Chien for grooming.

Excellent service from the staff. The spa is clean and organized. I took my dog in for nail grinding. The staff were quick in completing the job and treated my dog so kindly. They were so polite and talked to me about other services they offered, like in depth teeth cleaning, but they were not pushy or «sales-​y». Tabatha and one other girl helped me. They were so nice. I will definitely return!

Super happy that I found this place and that it is located walking distance to my apartment! My little yorkie stayed here in the pet hotel and they took such great care of him! He also went to day care and was so happy running around and playing with all of the other dogs. They would send me pictures of my dog playing and having a good time which I really appreciated!

I decided to give Le Chien Pet Spa a second chance today, and I’m glad I did.
Last year in Jan I took my golden doodle there and was so mad with the grooming she got, she was cut and raw around her rear end to the point I had to take her to the vet, they gave me my money back and apologized.
I went on Unilocal again today and read better reviews since they now have a new groomer and more positive reviews, so I decided to try again and I am very happy with the results, both my Golden Doodles came out beautiful and very happy…
I believe in 2^nd chances… Well done…

Our little pug, Otis, has been here twice already and seems quite happy when I pick him up. He’s tired for the rest of the day which is great because I know he’s having a good time!

I decided to try a local dog groomer versus driving a distance to where I was living. I researched dog groomers in the Bal Harbor area and Le Chien on Sunny Isles came up. I pass them on ¹⁶³⁄₈₂₆ quite often on my errands about town. Took my shitz szu Lizzie there today and am very pleased with the visit — start to finish. The ladies there are friendly, helpful. lizzie’s bath and cut are great and although she is on the shy and reserved side, when I returned to pick her up she was playing with some of the furry kids staying in their hotel accommodations. I am taking my cocker spaniel there tomorrow. recommended for grooming and spa visits with a smile. B-​) B-)

Great customer service! Love the new girls working there. This place is under new management and I couldn’t be happier. Love all the new improvements and of course my baby lola loves going there! They also have a new groomer that is absolutely amazing. Finally a place I feel comfortable leaving my dogs at. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I used to bring my dog here every two weeks and leave him here when I wentt out of town until I got tired of their arrogance. The last time I brought my dog there the lady whom groomed him several times called me to tell me I need to brush my dog before I bring him in because he was matted. What an insult! First off, I do brush my dog. I can’t help that it has been raining here nonstop and it causes my dog to have allergies so he is constatnly scratching himself. Second of all, isn’t that why I am paying you? Then to make matters worst she tells me she is just going to brush over the mats and its not her fault if I’m not satisfied. Great way to run a business there lady. I will never step foot in there again and neither will my friends and relatives.

Took my dog here a month ago after finding a groupon deal and had an amazing experience. They were super friendly and the place is extremely clean. When I first got there they asked how I wanted to cut her hair and after taking a look informed me that it would have to be shaved pretty short because of her matted hair. I’m glad they told me and even when she was done her hair was not that as short as I thought! They did such a great job of keeping as much hair as possible and now her hair has grown out beautifully! They also give you a cute goodie bag when you leave with coupons and treats. I love this place and will definitely take my dog back!

They are great handling issues that may bother the customer. Amazing customer service and haircut is always flawless. Fast check in, easy check out. Reasonable boarding prices.

Overall I’m happy with this place! It’s a good place to take your dog for grooming there. Love the location, closed to everything.
The dog after grooming is ok, didn’t want to shave her that short but bc it’s my fault that I didn’t brush my shih-​tzu so she got all mated :(so they have to shave her. My only one complain that after that shaving my dog got so itchy, wish they had kind of product to use for it to prevent itching after the shaving. But other then that it’s all good. I usually like when they put bows for my dog (she looks so cute) but bandana is ok as well. When dog is happy, her mommy is happy as well!
Oh, forgot to mention that the place inside is looking so good, very modern & the service is nice & friendly. They also give little bag with treats & one roll of poopy bag (that’s a very nice gesture). Thanks!

I send my dog there for boarding and monthly grooming. They use gentle aromatherapy shampoo and products so comes home smelling amazing and has the cutest hair cut!
My dog is always well taken care of and happy when she is boarded in the cageless dog suite with her own dog house and bed. They provide everything except food and will give the dog medicine if required! The prices are affordable and they always send her home with a goodie bag when groomed or boarded with poop bags and treats!
It is also easy to drop off the dog because the resident entrance is right next to Le Chein and the valet allows partons double park while while you run in to drop off or pick up your dog.

Staff is really pleasant. They do a great job with my Otto. I discovered this groomer last year and since then I’m a faithful costumer. I have referred all my family and they’ve all had a great experience with both grooming and boarding.

I wanted to try this groomer as I was new to the area. First I must say, it took me 30 mins to figure out where to park and to actually get there so I was late for my appointment. I had to go around several times because the street is one way we many possible entrances to the building. Finally when I parked I took the elevator down. My first impression after being greeted was that the place was really cute and welcoming. The décor was bright and the front desk area was modern, neat and clutter free. As I was filling out paperwork, My dog started shaking because it was her first time there, plus it was so loud from dogs barking in the pet Boarding Area that she was very nervous. My dog has never reacted like that when at the groomers we have tried before. The groomer did a decent job however based on the parking and that my dog didn’t seem to like it there I won’t take her back.

The owner has reached out to me and revised his first comment to my review acknowledging it was out of line.
He is in fact making an effort to reverse the situation and re– establish trust. As I advised before, I liked their services when I first took my dog to be groomed there, but whenever your pet gets hurt and it affects the health, it’s unredeemable.
Enrique has shown great effort to reverse this situation, which I do greatly appreciate it. I will try reestablish a relationship with the business slowly, keeping my pet’s health sake at first.
I will keep this review updated and let everyone know as it progresses.

I recently moved to Miami from Los Angeles with my two pooches. Coming from Cali, we are not used to Miami’s bipolar mother (Mother Nature). As much as I love the rain, I don’t enjoy the smell of wet dog in my house.
I was on the hunt for a dog groomers so I went for Unilocal help and found Le Chien.
I was pleasantly surprised to find some great offers on their website. Mon: $ 10 Off any service; Tues: Free tooth brushing; Wed: Bring 2 dogs 50% off 2^nd; Thurs: $ 5 off any service; Fri: Free Pawdicures. I was sold.
My dog is not a big fan of baths and I’m not a big fan of a UFC wrestling match with a 75lb. dog. Leaving it up to the experts, I dropped Buddy off for a spa day. I was so pleased with the Buddy’s service, the price and the great customer service. Buddy was pleased it was over and was excited to leave with a great goodie-​bag from Le Chien! Thank You!
