Where to begin? The office is bright, yes.
Very limited operating schedule (open 4 days a week [no weekends] with a start time of 11am on three of the days) This is relevant for blood tests, which will require you to fast until 11am or wait for the one day a week they open at 9am.
Patient privacy is non-​existent; intake interview and consultations are casually open-​door for all the office and waiting room to hear. I had to request that they «please shut the door» on various visits.
A co-​pay is mandatory on every. single. visit. Consultation? Copay. Blood test? Copay. Follow-​up for blood test? Copay. Hmmm. Samples are requested at each and every visit by front desk staff? Even the doc commented they shouldn’t do that (?)…has he no control over his own staff?
His staff touts a modern patient portal to communicate with them. Sadly, they don’t respond to requests or messages sent via this method, nor return voicemail messages for that matter.
The essential… He was very scattered about his diagnosis, suggesting every possible condition, even some that are terminal. He tends to prescribe for and liberally treat the symptoms not the cause, although this practice may be a wide-​spread epidemic in the industry. More importantly he misdiagnosed a very common condition (I later found out), requested what turned out to be unnecessary labs (which I did at additional expenses, time, not to mention anticipation of the results) and finally mis-​read the lab report! Thankfully I, the patient (!), read them and did some research. With the myriad of choices, I’d say avoid. Choose carefully.

Agree with the previous review. Dr Becker is friendly and the office itself is clean and sunny. I went there on an emergency visit and they were attentive, made sure I got the tests I needed, and followed up to make sure I turned in samples. Glad to have another good doctor in the neighborhood.

Very nice, clean office with a lot of light and a great view from behind the front desk. I have been to other offices in the area and find them to be quite dark and cluttered. Physician and office staff were very friendly and attentive as well. Happy I went there and will continue to go back.
