Have to admit there coffee is like crack. I could care less about the food or donuts. Considering the name I give it a 4 star. The service in this location is okay.

Ok donuts, service was fast and with patience. I was indecisive about what flavors I wanted. Ended up buying a box of 6 different for late evening snacks. They actually taste ok so give it a try. ;)

TERRIBLE… I repeat… terrible. I never take the time to write reviews, but after my third time there I can’t take it anymore. The donuts are ALWAYS old and they don’t serve«soft serve» ice cream in the winter. The machine is on, lights and all… but not serving. Why have the machine if your not gonna serve it? I live around the corner and will never go here again. I hope that someone from Dunkin Donuts reads this because your business I am embarrassed for you. It’s one thing to be a holding area for homeless people, but he least you can do is serve fresh donuts and ice cream, as advertised.

I had a very nice experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. I tried the new pumpkin iced coffee with milk. I actually enjoyed it more than Starbucks pumpkin spice because it had more cinnamon and pumpkins flavor and wasn’t as sweet as Starbucks. It was also only $ 1.39! Th staff was super nice and smiley.

This is the worst store I ever been. The scanner has broken for a few days and they didn’t fix it. So we have to pay cash! Are the workers trying to keep the cash themselves? I’m a DD perks member, can’t even pay it with my phone. The service is VERYBAD here. If I can rate NOSTAR, I will! That’s how bad they are. They don’t treat customers like customers. They think we beg to go for their donuts. I’ll never go back to this location anymore.

I don’t drink coffee, but I came into this store on a Sunday morning to get some breakfast food for my friend and I. I ordered a sausage and egg on a English muffin and I got him a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. My food was alright and since my friend didn’t complain, the coffee and bagel must have been fine too. The wait was normal.

The workers at this location are nice and friendly. The big plus is the Baskin Robbin’s half. All Dunkin’ Donuts should be dual yummy. Baskin’ Robbin’s ice cream cakes kick Carvel’s ass. Take that Cookie Puss!

Somehow a cluster of Dunkin Donuts have popped up at various subway stations along the 7 line, this happens to be the one for 46th Street — Bliss Station. If one ventures to 40th(previous stop), 52nd(right after), and 61st, there are DDs at each one. It’s sort of like Starbucks in Manhattan, but considerably less glorious and not at all a place to hang. This DD location though happens to be the better of the bunch for it’s efficient customer service, clean interior, and some actual tables where people can sit. Unlike it’s 42nd Street neighbor( ), this place doesn’t sell ice cream cakes(as it’s not a dual Baskin Robbins setup). But they seem to have a pretty good selection of donuts. I’ll be honest — I’m not a fan of their donuts but that’s not what I come here to get. I usually shoot for one of their fruit smoothies and perhaps an occasional breakfast sandwich if I’m feeling up to it. What helps is the friendly staff. I haven’t been rushed here and I haven’t had to deal with major attitude just yet, but knowing how these things go, it’s only a matter of time before I do. They keep the place looking fairly nice and do a good job of minimizing lines if it gets busy. And because of the sugary aroma of the donuts, this place almost always smells really good. Too bad the donuts don’t taste the way they smell.
