Established in 2013.

Ms. Jocelyn Speech has been providing families with speech therapy and educational support since 2013. Prior to founding Ms. Jocelyn Speech, Jocelyn Kupperman provided educational support and enrichment for over 6 years.

Business Owner

Jocelyn Kupperman has over 10 years of experience working with early childhood and school age children. Jocelyn graduated with her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Childhood Education (1 – 6) from SUNY College at Oneonta and her Master of Science (M.S.) in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University. She is an ASHA certified and New York State licensed Speech Language Pathologist.

Jocelyn has experience working with many speech impairments including apraxia, articulation, augmentative communication, autism, fluency, language delays, language disorders, literacy, and phonology.
