This is a great little place to get your car repaired!
I had my car’s rear bumper replaced here. They had a rental car ready for me on the morning when I was supposed leave my car for repair. And, the repair job was perfect and within the time they had promised.
And, everyone at the place was super-​friendly and helpful!

Shawn and his crew are the hands-​down the very best. Impeccable integrity, friendly service, and helpful advice. Over the years, I have brought two of our cars here. Yesterday, I brought my car in for an estimate on my car for a minor dislodging of the rear of my car which I damaged. Shawn cheerfully looked at the car, reassured me things were not as bad as I thought and in less than 5 minutes had my car looking like new! No charge! I was thrilled and felt incredibly grateful! Thank you Shawn and Active Auto Body!

I’ve been coming to Active Auto Body for years and I intend to keep coming for many more. In this time I’ve brought countless corporate cars from my fleet here, my parents cars, and several of my own cars; each one gets the same level of superb treatment.
The customer service is bar none and the work is just as excellent. I recommend anyone who asks me about a repair to come here and I’d encourage you to do the same. I’m posting up a few couple of pictures of my father’s BMW after a bumper respray. Unfortunately, the dealer he bought it from didn’t put a good primer on it and one day while washing the car huge chunks of paint came off. After Shawn and Active Auto Body took care of it the car looked better than the day he bought it! They even repaired the sagging bumper (over the years the line between the fender and bumper had gotten big. They fixed the gap and it looked like it was brand new). Lastly, they polished out the hazy /​foggy headlights and made them look new, my father and I were blown away.
I could go on and on about how great they are but you should just come by and find out for yourself. Thanks again for everything, and I look forward to our continued business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These guys are true car guys! They love what they do and it shows in the quality of work. I couldn’t be more happier with the repairs they made on our vehicle. These guys are meticulous about the details. Everything was repaired to it’s original state. Every time my car gets damaged, I go here to get my car fixed! They only downside, they are so slammed that it usually takes a month in advance to get a fix. It’s worth the wait because they make the process really easy! I will always come back and do repeat business! :)

These guys were great! Very straight forward experience getting a car repaired using other parties insurance. Even picked up my rental car from them right after I dropped my car off.
Service time was accurately quoted and I got a call to inform me that all parts were in and service was going to begin and then another call a few days later when all repairs were done.
The quality of service was also great. I had my entire trunk hatch replaced and a bent fender fixed and repainted. Car still looks brand new and in the end, thats what really matters. Thanks Active Auto for letting me forget the car was ever in an accident!

This has been a long time in the making. I have taken two cars to Shawn here and he worked with my budget and his crew did a fantastic job. My last car that I took here which was an exotic sports car was going to be very expensive to get repaired elsewhere but Shawn did his best to keep me within budget and on time. I think they are honest and will always try their best.
Totally recommend for those unfortunate automotive moments.

5 years later and still fabulous service. We had another small dent on the car and went to Active Auto Body. 20 minutes later, it was gone. Great service and very honest folks.

These guys are awesome. I was sent here by my insurance agent. Shawn and Javier were nice, professional, upfront about the process, and made sure I was happy with their work. They are so good, that they caught an error made my insurance company, and got it fixed for me. You can’t tell where the damage was, or that it was recently fixed. Yeah… Like freaking amazing.

The nicest and most helpful Body Shop we have ever encountered so far. I hit a crate on Hwy 280 that dislodged and scraped the bumper in my brand new Toyota Highlander. My husband took it in and waited (while cringing inwardly) for an estimate. The guy from Active Auto Body came out — took one look at the bumper and reattached it perfectly and sent my husband on his way. All in 5 minutes. No charge. What the what ??
We are planning on taking our daughters car there now and pretty much referring all our friends to them. Finding honest, helpful auto repair shops are like finding a needle in a haystack– but I think we’ve found one!

My first review on Unilocal ever. Had a big scratch on the car. I went here just for a free estimate. Met Javier (thats how he pronounced it) there and he said the scratch could be removed without a paint touch up and he will try his best on it. He took the car in the shop to see what he can do on it. He comes out and the scratch was gone. He even replaced the rubber rim on the tire for free as it had to be removed to remove the scratch. He refused to take any money for the job.

Awesome Customer Service!!! If you need a place you can trust, go here! Brought my new Prius here because I had a Scratch and Dent on my door that required attention. Shawn took the time to explain my options and even went out of his way to buff the scratch off. His magic worked! I don’t have to spend $$$$ to get it fixed after all. Thanks Shawn!

Did a great job dealing with the «other persons insurance» and getting my car back into great condition. Picked her up today and she is good as new and sparkling clean inside and out! The also guarantee their work for the lifetime of the car. Great job and thanks so much active!

In November 2014, my car was involved in a hit-​and-​run in a parking lot while I was shopping, and was left with a nasty dent and paint on the side of my white Mazda. I immediately contacted my insurance provider and they helped set me up with Active Auto Body.
The process was so simple and the shop did everything they could to help me. They were able to take my car immediately to be fixed and had a rental car company pick me up from their office. The car was fixed exactly when they estimated it to be done. They ordered new parts and repainted the side of the car that was damaged, sent my back tire to Mazda to be repaired, and fixed my side mirror. The outside of the car looked as good as new! They also cleaned the inside of my car, and everything was exactly as I had left it.
There was an issue with my tire pressure about a week after it was fixed, and Active was able to fix my car the same day free of charge. The tire pressure light started to have problems again a couple weeks ago, and Active looked at the car again. My spare tire pressure was low, so they filled it while I waited.
Friendly staff, exceptional work, and quick response time.

Came in to get an estimate for part of my bumper sticking out, paint residue from another car, and some scratches. Javier said he could pop the bumper back in to place, and polish off paint and buffer the minor scratches out. He did all this free of charge. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! This place has great customer service, everyone was positive and looked like they really wanted to help customers out.

Came here to get my car’s bumper fixed, and they were super efficient in providing me with an estimate, communicating with the insurance company & car rental company, and of course, fixing up my car! Really appreciated their help and patience, and their follow-​up calls to give me updates on when my car would be ready.
My car now looks spankin’ new and shiny, thanks to their complimentary wash & clean (which was a nice surprise)!!
Honestly, not sure how their pricing compares to other places, but I definitely trust the guys here and will definitely come back. Rarely do I feel THIS good about a service company. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend :)
