One of the best wine tour experiences I have ever had. The driver was more of a tour guide than just a driver, and the car was very comfortable and super clean. The package included lunch. The car had an IPAD with a music list of almost all genres. I Highly recommend them if you want to go on a wine tour

I was organizing a group event and called around a few places for quotes and All Cities had the best price. I spoke to Moe (the owner/​manager I believe) and he talked through all the options and vehicle availabilities. I was trying to get a party bus however my group was too large so I had to take the executive shuttle. I was a little disappointed because the party bus comes with complimentary liquor, booze, wine, and soft drinks but the exec shuttle didn’t, HOWEVER you can bring your own bottles on board :) The shuttle was a luxury bus with a few tables and seats facing each other. The shuttle had perfect air circulation, no one complained about being hot!
On the night of the event, the driver arrived early and was patient with my group as it can be a cluster f*** getting a large group of people onto the bus. The driver was very friendly and accommodating and went out of the way to ensure all the guests were comfortable. We were able to plug in an iPod and blast our music. The drive from the east bay into the city was smooth, no abrupt turns or stops. At each drop off point, the driver would ask what time he should be back. He also gave me his cell phone number so I could call of plans changed, which was awesome because every time I called he was with in 5 – 10 minutes.
Overall this was the best private transportation service I experienced. Top notch customer service from the beginning and courteous and professional driver. I totally will recommend this service to anyone and will be using them in the future.

We started using All Cities recently when our favorite drivers from another company started working for them. It’s been several months now and at least a dozen reservations for various purposes: airport runs, business meetings, dinners, site visits and the like. I’m so impressed with Moe and his crew!
It’s super easy to set up an account or make a reservation online if you’re able to plan in advance, and they are really nice and efficient when you call them on the phone. The prices are also extremely competitive, lower than a couple other places we’ve used before, so that’s a nice bonus.
However, it’s the new, immaculately clean, comfortable cars and the skilled, friendly drivers that really set All Cities apart. We’ve never had a less than stellar experience with them (even when I needed them to pick me up at 3:30am for ridiculously early flight), would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using them for years. I mostly use them to/​from SFO and SJC but have also used them for events as well including the stretch limo. They highly reliable, punctual and accommodating. Their rates are competitive and their (relatively new) email communications and confirmations are excellent. I have not used their new app yet, but that is another plus.
As I do not use car services much outside my home area I do not have experience with their nationwide services, and assume they are partnered with equally good companies, so I will plan to use them for that when the time comes.

I was referred to All Cities for my wedding recently. These guys were great and total pros. I received confirmation via email, the driver showed up early to pick up the bride, and they even accommodated us a longer than planned because our guests were lagging on arrival to the reception. They car was beautiful and also had refreshments. I’ll definitely call them for my next event!

Simply the best limousine company I’ve ever used. From the first point of contact you will feel the high level of professionalism and courteous attitude of the staff. I got the best rate and was able to book at a very short notice. They were at the airport when I landed and I did not have to wait. The car was a luxury Mercedes S-​Class with a very courteous driver who was very polite and very helpful but above all a very good and careful driver.

I have used All Cities numerous times, for transport to and from SFO. Each time I think I should write something because of the outstanding service. The drivers are firendly, competent and helpful. Cars are nice and clean. Prices are very reasonable. They come on time, coordinate with flight times, provide electronic statements. The company seems very well run. I really can’t think of anything I don’t like. I recommend them highly

This was my first time using the services of All Cities Limousine from San Caros to SFO. .Sia was our driver. He arrived early and waited outside our home until the requested departure time. He was polite, helpful and friendly. The vehicle was spotless and a comfortable ride. We used a coupon that arrived in the mail. There is tax and a gratuity added to the amount on the coupon. I highly recommend this company after my experience.

They had been charging my mom $ 75 for an airport run, and suddenly charged her $ 95 without any notice of the change. It turns out of that it was a new employee that made a mistake. After we cancelled the cab and booked with someone else, they called back to correct the error. And the owner called to apologize. I suppose anyone can have a new employee that makes a mistake. But the need to train their new people better.

My wife, sister-​in-​law and a good friend have all used All Cities Limousine service in the last few months. The drivers were prompt, professional, and helpful. We use them to go to and from SFO. They went the extra mile finding my wife last week when she was waiting at a different airport location than originally planned. Using this service is the best way to start an airline adventure with calm!

I have used many car services in the Bay Area to get to SFO, SJC or OAK. This is the best service that I have used. The drivers are very professional — while still being friendly and on-​time — extremely critical when you are trying to catch a flight. The cars seem fairly new.
I was super impressed when they met me in the baggage claim area in SJC with a sign that had my last name, very classy! The last service that I used made me come out to the garage to meet them in their old smelly car — which is what made me switch to All Cities.
The only negative is the price, which is a little high ($ 70 excluding tip from MV to SFO). I think the outstanding service is worth the premium.
