Bay Area Data specializes in laser printer repair and locally made remanufactured toner cartridges.

We have over 20 years in the laser printer industry and have well trained and professional technicians.

95% of calls are finished on the first visit and within an hour. We service most major brands and can

diagnose and quote most repairs over the phone.

We remanufacture our own toner cartridges in our Sunnyvale facility. This allows us to keep a tight

control on quality and offer our clients a great value for their money.

We never take the «low cost, low quality approach» We strive to give the best possible service and

deliver quality products at a fair price. We want to build a long term relationship with our clients.

History

Established in 1969.

The company started out re-​inking print carriage ribbons and in 1989 started remanufacturing toner

cartridges. We add the service and repair portion of our business shortly after that.

We have always had a «Customer First» approach for our business. We feel if we give 110% we’ll have a

customer for life.

Business Owner

Grew up and still live in Santa Clara. I have a lot of family in the area and only live a few miles from the

house I grew up in. I enjoy the great weather, food and outdoor activities the Bay Area has to offer.

I took over the family business in 2002 and love going to customer sites to deliver toners or fix their

machines. Anytime I can help a customer out I know I’m doing my job

Married with one daughter, 3 cats and a dog. «Your All American Family» We love our local sports teams

and as a family we enjoy Snowboarding /​skiing in Tahoe, Wakeboarding on the Delta, bike riding any

trail or creek, Ice Skating, Ice Hockey and trips to S.F. and Santa Cruz are on our list of things to do.
