I took my six year old son because he had pain in one molar, and a complication in a front tooth (double baby teeth). All the office staff were very warm and professional. The nurse made my son feel very comfortable and was very patient even though we had to retake the same x-​ray numerous times because my son kept gagging. Finally Doctor Caroline Chang was excellent. She took a lot of time to explain things very carefully, with great detail, and answered all my questions. This is a truly outstanding dental practice.

Office staff is super friendly. Veronica is friendly and super helpful explaining costs and setting up my appointment.
My appointment for a cleaning was with Dr. Koo. She is the best! In all my years of cleanings she is the most gentle and through dentist I have seen. I highly recommend her. Thanks again for a super experience.

My husband and I have been going here for 8 years now. Everything from cleanings, to Invisalign and they are just great. Very gentle, always remember your name when you come in.
Probably the best thing though is that there little to no waiting. In eight years I think I have spent no more than 3 – 5 minutes in the waiting room. Gotta love that!

Always a great experience at this orthodontist. Very nice location and clean office. The staff is always helpful and very kind. The quality and care to each patient is wonderful and trustworthy. They seem to have a lot of younger patients and work well with families. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality work and a comfortable setting.

I LOVE Dr. Koo. I hate going to the dentist all my life but she’s SO gentle and sweet.
She makes it a lot less scary and the staff are SO nice.

Myself and my family has been going to Dr. Kim’s office over the last 5 years. Never we had any problem with the service. They are open Saturdays & very friendly staff.

I have been seen by both Dr. Kim and Dr. Cho, and they’ve been quite excellent and highly professional. In the past, my experiences with dentists have been less than stellar. Most dentists that I’ve seen in the past don’t take the time to explain exactly what the problem is or what procedure they are going to do. I’ve had the opposite experience here.
Not only is everything explained thoroughly, but they are very honest about my treatment options. I had previously visited a dentist much closer to where I live that was rated fairly highly on Unilocal,and he said that I had to have a few crowns redone because the margins were incorrect. I nearly went forward with the procedure even through it was going to be $ 3k+ worth of work and a lot of annoyance and discomfort, but then I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Kim.
Dr. Kim explained that yes, the margins weren’t ideal on those crowns but because of the shape of my teeth and how my bite is, the crowns were probably tricky to place in the first place and he doesn’t think re-​doing them would result in much better margins. He said that if there’s no decay near the margins (there isn’t) and nothing is bothering me, there’s no reason to do them now.
Now that’s what I like to hear from a dentist. Be honest and straight with me. Don’t recommend procedures just to make money, tell me the pros and cons and give me your honest opinion. That’s all I want! And I’ve gotten it here.
They’re a 45 min drive from where I currently live, but it’s worth it.

Excellent service, clean facility, friendly employees, great overall experience for the past 3 years. They also call you a week in advance of your appointment, in addition to mailing you a reminder. What more can you ask for? A+ all around.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kim for over 5 years. He is very professional and friendly. I had a wisdom tooth that had root canal done by another dentist 10 years go, and the tooth was NOT supposed to cause pain after root canal, however, it had been causing problem from time to time, so I had to find a place to re-​do the root canal. A friend of mine referred Dr. Kim to me and after a briefly consultation session, I decided to get it done by Dr. Kim. This was 5 years ago, and ever since Dr. Kim did the root canal on that tooth, it has never caused any problem for me anymore.
