Another good experience. I recently bought a used car that I found was sold to me with a nail in the tire. While starting out on a long trip with my family I noticed it. I stopped in to get it repaired and they took care of it in the parking lot. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road. Great service.

I’ve been coming to these guys for about five years now for three different cars, and have never had a bad experience. I originally came here for tire work, but these guys will do lots of other work as well. And they’ll charge you fair pricing and give realistic estimates of how long the work will take. They’re always accommodating to my weird schedule for dropping off and picking up the cars, too. Really, it’s nice having a mechanic we can trust.

It’s Friday morning, August 28, 2015, and I discover I have 2 tires with the wire tread showing. I head over to Firestone on Wolfe Road, where Josh hooked me up. I ended up needing three tires. Josh installed & balanced the tires, and fixed the alignment in less than an hour. I am so impressed that I’ll be back for all my automotive needs! Thanks!

I’ve been taking various cars to Dastgah for close to 12 years, since I moved to the Bay Area. They’ve always been incredibly professional, nice, reasonable, and take the time to explain what they are finding when they are checking out my cars.
When they’ve had to replace parts in the car, they always show me the old parts and explain what they observed, so I feel confident that they’ve done great and necessary work.

Considering that Im in car dealership, I was amazed on how they do things in a very systematic manner. Diagnostics was precise, and waiting time for doing the necessary repair was fantastic. Pricing was very reasonable, considering that most of theIr mechanics are seasoned with more than 10yrs of experience on the average. Will surely endorse it to my friends.

I will be a repeat customer after today’s service. I had 2 new tires installed and alignment done on my 2011 Porsche Boxster. They were fast (tires done within an hour) and very courteous. The alignment was way out of whack, yet they did a superb job getting it back into shape and ready for the road. Thanks!

Okay! I made their moment today by getting my car serviced. Started off with coffee run then drop off kid at daycare. On my way to daycare my car overheated. Good thing these guys where close to my kid daycare. When I drove up with a smoke car they of course gave me a heads up. I had to cross my fingers for the worse but this crew is the best. OMG! This is such a stressful job just to fix up cars, but you guys are the best and saved my car. Hey guys tnx for making me laugh while my smoke car looked like it was high for the amount of smoke it gave off.

When I needed my 90,000 service for my 2009 Scion TC, I called a few places to get different quotes and time frames of the service. Firestone was the only place that said they’d CHECK my car first to decide what was necessary before giving me a quote. I thought this was exceptional of them to do.
When I brought my car in on a Saturday, I was called two hours later with a very reasonable quote. My service was finished by 4pm that day and my car is running great.
I was helped out by both Josh and Nadra who gave exceptional customer service. Also, the gentleman on the phone whom I talked to earlier in the week, Ali, was also very friendly. Will definitely return here!

My first experience at Dastgah Firestone was in August of ’12 for a new set of tires and an alignment (Hunter machine) for my E320. I was very satisfied with the quality of work, the price and customer service, so I decided to take in my M3 the following week for a mid-​service, oil-​change. Again, I was very happy with the overall experience and also impressed by Ali, the owner. Not only is Ali a car enthusiast himself with deep tech/​mech. knowledge across all makes/​models, he’s also an honest and down to earth, family guy.
But, since I’m very meticulous (maybe even slightly OCD) with my cars, how they’re washed and who works on them, when my m3 came off warranty, and required more «advanced servicing,» I tried out two popular bmw indy’s on Unilocal (Bavarian, German Motor Specialist). I was unimpressed by their customer service and near stealership prices. So after those underwhelming experiences, I went back to Ali and have since, never turned back.
On every occasion, Ali and his team were flawless in diagnosing, explaining and performing jobs (on both cars) ranging motor/​trans. mounts, spark plugs, brakes, o2 sensors, thermostat, low-​pressure fuel sensor, fluids, etc. at competitive prices. He runs a honest and quality service station that doesn’t up-​sell and push unnecessary work, which is an unfortunate common occurrence at so many other establishments.
Now, even a couple friends that live in SF (granted they work in MV) are regular Dastgah customers. Keep up the great work Ali and team!

Don’t you hate it when you discover you have a large bolt piercing one of your tires? You would probably think there is no way you can get that repaired and that you’re going to have to spend more of your hard earned dough to replace what is a relatively new tire?
Ali (the owner) greeted me with a smile, assessed the damage, explained the types of damages that are repairable, asked if I was in a hurry, explained the nominal charge to repair my tire, and had me out in 30 mins.
I don’t have punctured tires very often, but when I do, I now know where to go.

Dastgah is in plazas of auto shops and is honestly one of the best mechanics I’ve ever been to. I was next door getting my smog checked, which it of course failed, so had to come here to get whatever was wrong fixed.
Got charged for diagnostic and repair plus labor, all normal. When I went back for a second smog check, my car failed again and when I brought my car back to the shop they took it back in, fixed the problem and wouldn’t let me pay for the labor or part for the second repair. All the employees at the shop are friendly and patient. Most mechanics try to nickel and dime you for every little thing they do for your car, but here they make sure that you’re satisfied as a customer!
Would highly recommend this place and the hours make it convenient such that you can drop off your car before work and pick it up after!
