This place SUUUUUUUCKS! There are new owners and they have poor customer service. The girl helping was the new owner and baker. From the very first order I told her I wanted X and I had bought 3 other items and she charged me, asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. She doesn’t give me the total, nor did I have to sign(charging me using her Square gadget) and she says ok u should see it via email. I’m like see what? She’s like your receipt then I ask,“Well how much WAS the total?” She’s like $ 9.19 so I said cool and can I have my X item and she says,“Oops I forgot to charge you for it? I didn’t know you wanted it?” I wanted to yell at her and say I was saying I wanted XXXXXXXXX the whole time when did you think during our conversation I said no thanks. So X cost a buck fifty and yes folks… she took my visa to charge it then to top it off, I went to take a bite out of X and was so excited and THEDESSERTTASTEDLIKEITWAS3DAYSOLD! I was like,“Eh this is old, she’s like OH can i get you something else. So she gives me 2 sixty cent items but doesn’t want to go over the buck fifty for MY inconvenience for her crappy customer service and food. I’m sad because I get so excited when I get to buy filipino desserts. NEVEREVERAGAIN am I stepping foot in that tasteless place plus what she charges is so much more than the others. I hope she makes it through the holidays but from what I gather she’ll shut down sooner than we think. I feel bad but she needs more training!
