History

Established in 2004.

David studied in Paris where he acquired a Master in Finance and Marketing, then London for an MBA in Finance and finally Jacksonville Florida for an MBA in General Business and Transportation. David worked with several international corporations, medium and small businesses in transportation, supply chain management, organizational development, finance, and sales. His first business ventures took him in 47 countries as a Business Consultant. David then experienced working in an international corporation, and since 2004 he has been developing his coaching firm from the heart of Silicon Valley. All of these previous experiences have allowed David to interact in a wide variety of industries and cultures, which gave him an opportunity to fulfill his purpose and passion — To serve by developing potential.

David is a Certified Business Coach. He works primarily with Executives and CEOs, as well as with local entrepreneurs. His clients’ commonality is that they thrive on the entrepreneurial spirit. They are people who want to take control of their lives and their business, reach their potential, and gain a clear focus for the future.

Dynamic Strategic Alignment specializes in working with corporations in High-​Tech, Biotech, Health Care, and Sales industries. David also works with Start-​Ups to develop and implement effective strategies and messages that will get them the results they need.

David is a member of several community and business organizations. He is very active in the Chamber of Commerce in Mountain View, co-​chairing several committees, offering seminars for local businesses, and member of the board of director. David is serving as chairman of the board of directors for KMVT15, a local non-​profit public access TV station based in Mountain View.

I recently met David Joud at an Integrated Marketing workshop offered by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in San Francisco. Not only did I enjoy his presentation style, I also found the information he presented to be very insightful and relevant to our business world today. I then took DSA’s Innermetrix Talent Profile (a way to examine individual decision making processes) as David had suggested. Although I was surprised by some of the results of the assessment, I was encouraged by David’s interpretation of those results and further assistance I might consider as I move forward in my professional life.
