I was referred to Gail by a co-​worker who encouraged me to meet her before selecting an attorney to represent me. I had spoken to 3 other lawyers and found Gail to be a breath of fresh air. Honest, straight forward, and genuine.
Gail was exceptionally easy to work with. At a very stressful time, she calmly navigated me through the process of filing for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Gail is always available and willing to meet at times and locations that work best for me. In addition to being a very competent attorney, Gail is also a wonderful person with a good sense of humor and a positive outlook. I didn’t think it was possible to «enjoy» filing BK — but Gail has made the process comfortable and always stayed on top of every detail. We hired Ms. Moser for our bankruptcy case. We provided complete and accurate financial information necessary for the case. Ms. Moser didn’t include all mandatory expenses in the petition. Then she had some other attorney go to the hearing with us, and he was less than useful. She didn’t demonstrate to us a comlete enough knowledge to properly enter the information we gave her, resulting in confirmation being done incorrectly. The confirmed amount was for a much longer term and higher amount than we should have been, so it had to be modified. At the very end, we found out that she had submitted addtiional orders for fees to correct her errors… we would have been better off doing it ourselves and saving THOUSANDS of dollars!

Gail was a wonderful lawyer. She is nonjudgmental, very experienced and has a calm demeanor. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a bankruptcy lawyer. I would give her 10 stars if the rating went that high.
