Business Owner

Ken Durso the owner and principal instructor at the Multimedia Resource Group, worked for Macromedia as their trainer in San Francisco for many years.

He’s taught at the Multimedia Studies Department at San Francisco State as well as many of the major tech companies in Silicon Valley including Apple, Cisco Systems, Agilent, Hewlett Packard, VMware and many others. Ken heads up a team of seasoned trainers and developers providing excellent technical instruction and development services.

I highly recommend taking classes with the instructors at the Multimedia Resource Group. The class size is small so everyone receives the individual attention they need. The teaching style is very relaxed, yet they effectively present an enormous amount of information and knowledge in a well organized and well paced manner. I would usually rather spend many many hours on end with a book and/​or help screens, trying to teach myself most applications — anything to avoid sitting in a training class since past experiences with other instructors have been a waste of time and money. I was so impressed with the first class (Dreamweaver) that I took and the wealth of information I learned, that I have since taken the Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks and InDesign classes too! They were also great months AFTER I took the classes and had some specific questions with a work project that I needed some help and guidance on! Give them a try… you will not be disappointed.

I just completed a two day class on Adobe Illustrator, and know a lot more now than I did 48 hours ago. Ken took the time to make sure I understood all the concepts before moving on, and sped through the stuff I already knew so as not to waste any time. I appreciated how he was professional and still held the class when the other students decided to re-​schedule, leaving me as the only student. If you’re looking to learn how to use any Adobe product, I’d recommend Ken.
