Rich’s Window Cleaning

Rich did a great job cleaning our gutters. He even repaired a dent in the gutter. Rich blew lots of debris off the roof and deposited it all in the garden waste bin. Rich also thoroughly cleaned the windows inside and out. My garden windows have never been so clean! We had difficult to reach skylights which are now clean. His price was very reasonable. Thank you Rich!

Rich did a good job cleaning our windows inside and out. The rails were also cleaned and the price was very reasonable. Now you are wondering why the one star? Well, I went around the house and inspected all the screens and saw six of them were damaged. Some were quarter inch long cuts and others an inch or longer. It will cost me more than I paid him to fix all these screens. I am really disappointed since he did a great job for everything else. He should have been more careful.

I called Rich for window and screen cleaning because of the positive reviews he had received on Unilocal.Rich answered my first call and was at my house within 2 hours to get me a quote. He provided a very reasonable quote and I had him to the work 2 days later. He arrived on time and completed the work. Quality of work was excellent. I recommend his service.

Called Rich off of Craigslist and left a message. He promptly called me back that night to discuss. He agreed to come the next day at 11 am. He called on his way to tell me he was going to be late and showed up shortly thereafter.
Once he arrived he walked around our unit and gave me a price of $ 90 to do all the windows and screens. Once we agreed to have the work done, he quickly headed upstairs to start removing the screens.
Within 2 ½ hours he was totally done and we were glad to pay him. I took his card because not only will I call again next year but told him I would include his contact information in the monthly HOA newsletter I write.

Rich did a wonderful job cleaning my big windows and replaced all my screens. He was extremely patient in making multiple trips to Home Depot to find the right screen size for me. I really appreciate that.

I had Rich’s Window Cleaning service do my windows and solar panels last summer. Rich was able to do the job within a few days, unlike some of the other services who were scheduling about a month out. He arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and did a great job.

Call Rich today and he can out and did the job the same afternoon. Very reasonably priced and did an excellent job. Have a very old house with lots of paned windows and hard to remove screens and he worked very hard getting my old windows looking great. He was friendly and great to work with. Would highly recommend him.

I saw the complaint about Rich not being on time, but decided to give him a try based on the other reviews. He came when scheduled for both the estimate and for cleaning the windows. He did the windows, screens and runners/​sllls. Everything is spotless… I don’t think they have ever looked this good! So thumbs up from me.

I found Rich’s ad on Craigs list approx. 4 – 5 years ago and I saved and printed out the ad. In all this time (I’m a property manager) I have used Rich on numerous jobs and can say I will always use Rich. He is professional, friendly and does amazing workmanship. Call him first before you try anyone else!!!

It was very frustrating that I made an appointment with Rich and he never showed up. He called to say he was running half an hour late and then NEVER came. I sat around waiting for him, called many times, and never heard from him. What a waste of my time.

Had Rich come out to my two story house in Los Gatos, he showed up same day (Saturday) as when I called. He gave me a great quote of $ 170 for all windows in a 5 bdrm 2700 SF house with screens, sills, everything… this included two free. He spent a good 2.5 hours there with his assistant and those were some really dirty windows. He cleaned them to look like new, fantastic job… these guys have experience, call them!

Rich is very professional and has good experience cleaning big windows. He has the right tools, ladders and supplies to clean big/​tall windows. He is also very responsive. His price is worth it for the quality of work.

Despite the fact that we only had THREE windows to be professionally cleaned at our unit (believe it or not, our landlord demanded it after mere 6 months…), Rich was nice enough to accept the job. Several other companies turned down/​ignored our request since it was such a small gig. Rich had a minimum charge just like all other contractors, but he sympathised and kindly made an exception by giving us a fair discount.
Rich and his business partner showed up a bit late, but they got the job done perfectly. Both the inside and the outside of each window, as well as the screens, were washed spotlessly.

SUM: Strongly recommended. We’ll use them again for future window cleaning.
