VERY VERY BAD PLACE… PLEASE DON’T GO AGAIN HERE…
I went around 7:45 PM… The shop is supposed to close at 7:30 (which i didn’t knew), i went for threading and instead of saying no they agreed, but the girl was in a hurry to go home and she pulled out my eyebrow completely…
i was SHOCKED and HORRIFIED with pain… The reason given by the lady was that i moved my HEAD! Which i never did here… Why are these people so careless?
Why can’t they close down this shop on time instead of accepting customers and SENDING THEM WITH PAIN and AGONY!
The board said it is $ 6 for Threading on Tuesday to Thursday… But they still charge $ 8 and they say it is valid only during few hours in a day!

I made an appointment for waxing at this place, because the last indian place I went to was very bad. One of my friends suggested this place and I LOVED IT … Good staff. Very Polite. Professional. Sweet People…
I forgot to ask the name of the lady who helped me through the waxing. but she asked me to get the deep cleaning done and I felt awesome after that… no OIL at all. so if you have pimples and acne. dont be scared. do this. it made me feel good. my friends said. my face glowed !! .
Over all, very satisfied. Will go back soon for another deep cleaning seating. LOVE THIS PLACE !

I don’t know if this place is run by the same people as the previous reviews, but I had a wonderful experience today. I came as a walkin client, and I was greeted and told to sit down while the lady doing the eyebrows finished up the person ahead of me. I barely had time to crack open my magazine before it was my turn.
The lady was patient with me, explaining how to use my tongue while she threaded my upper lip and explained how to hold my eyebrows so she couldthread them. It was less painful than other places I’ve been to, and when my eyes did tear up a little, she was ready with a tissue. I plan to come back later on this week to try the chemical free facials they offer. Very reasonable pricing. Difficult to find, I passed the place twice before I found it, but it was worth the hunt to find this treasure!

I come here because it’s close and inexpensive place to get my eye brows done.
I wish the ladies were a little more gentle though. I’ve had eye brows done before and this place really hurts. Yesterday I left with a couple of small blisters on my eye brow.

I have had my eyebrows done with a woman called Simran and she is pretty good — clean and shaped properly. The sign says that there is a discount on Tue — Thurs… but you have to ask for that discount

This place is completely dirty-​every inch of it is disorganized and unclean. I came here for a small henna (mehendhi) party for my cousin’s upcoming wedding. By the time I arrived, a few of my aunts had already had their henna done and I had doubts about whether I should even let these ladies touch my hands! Basically they do not know the art of henna. The service was too quick and the finished product was less than mediocre. Too bad that henna is semi-​permanent. Once you apply it, the color sticks, and you can’t wash it off.
Customer satisfaction is not even a concept here.

I used to wax my brows and lip myself until my acne medication «thinned» my skin and I started getting a bit of scabbing. Then I turned to the great Google god to find threading in my area — Mountain View or thereabouts. A co-​worker went to someone in EPA, but I wanted to find someone closer, and some areas of EPA are a little sketchy. I found two in the Mountain View/​Sunnyvale area and called for hours and pricing. The first one I saw (and the first one who threaded my face!) did it out of her dining room in her Easy Street apartment while her kids watched cartoons. It hurt a lot, but I liked the results. She gave me a little face massage with cream. But I wasn’t terribly comfortable (sitting in a dining room chair with my feet on a little stool and my tush hanging of the edge, and her kids 6 feet away from me), and I really wanted some place I could walk in without an appointment on weekends. The second place, Shenaaz (and I don’t know if this is the owner’s name or the name of the salon), was a real challenge to find, but because it was an actual salon (they do henna tattooing, facials, and other beauty treatments too) I was a lot more comfortable. I reclined in a chair meant for that purpose. I didn’t get the little face massage, but I was really fine with that! I think they tag-​teamed me though, because the woman who threaded me went to the back room and didn’t come back, and a woman who I assumed was the owner finished me up, put a little cream on my brows and lip. All told, $ 10 (brow & lip) and very well shaped brows! If you don’t live in the Santa Clara area or you’re a bit put off by Deepa’s cleanliness, check out Shenaaz. Also, I think she’s always open! 7 days a week and really long hours. I am really happy and will go back as soon as the grow back is unbearable again!

I went here for waxing. I had bruises on my arms & legs! I had to wait a good 20 minutes even after I had an appointment. The lady is very inconsiderate & makes customers feel like she is doing us a favor.

This place was very good few months back specially for threading. But there are so many negatives attached to it now that i wouldnt prefer going there for anything except threading.
I went in for waxing (Full legs and full arms). Although I had taken an appointment before going then also the salon was closed when I reached there at the appointed time. The owner came back after calling and getting reminded of the appointment. She was already doing someone’s threading and I thought I will be next because I was up by 10 mins from the scheduled time. then she said I will be entertained after she has done hina for that lady (10 more mins). In the meantime the helper walked in and took me for waxing. Waxing roll was not working properly and at the end owner showed up. Overall the work was completely insatisfactory in terms of quality. Left the hair on legs saying it was under bikini area while it was on thighs.
When it was time for payment she charged 25 dollars instead of 25 dollars for full legs (Her brochure on her desk says 25 for full legs). This was a complete put off because she has no where mentioned that prices have changed.
Most frustrating thing is that she will dodge one customer to wait while she is attending one and she knows she wont be able to take in another one for more than half an hour.
So the conclusion is that people who provide such service need to focus on quality and commitments (0f price as well as time) because you might pocket some money from the customer at that instant but the sure thing is that she is not going to return.
