DONOTGOINTHERE! Most rude customer service ever! The women running the place seems like she doesn’t want people in there. No wonder the place is so full of merchandise, no one wants to shop at a place with such a rude lady behind the counter. Big signs with do not touch might as well add do not look! Absolutely rude!

HORRIBLEABSOLUTELYHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICES! The lady was rude to my mom and than to me all because we ask for her to rise the gallon before filling the water than she kicked my mom out for doing it herself. But my mom didn’t know since it was her first time. The only reason we went was because my mom likes the water and it’s near by. But I will never go back! She yelled at me for asking her to do something for me nicely because you will not be allowed to fill up your own water. Unnecessary for someone to be that rude and grumpy. I would give negative stars if possible because of the horrible experiences! DONTGOTHERE!

Horrible customer service. I happened to walk in and ask where the nearest restroom was. The lady in the store snapped at me and told me there was not one. I asked if there were any in the area and she told me, «no get out of you no buy.» So I left!!!

Definitely where I go to refill my water on a regular basis. The old Asian couple inside is super friendly, and they wash my bottles for me. Water tastes super refreshing, never had a problem in a year. Last I checked with was $ 0.25/gallon. Go here if you need pure water.

This place is tucked inside a plaza on El Camino, there’s no but sign in the front, but it’s the one across Charles Schwab. The service was great, it’s not really self serve because the owners rinsed the bottles and filled then for me, all I did was to put them back on the cart. When an old lady came(obviously a repeated customer) the owner actually went out to help her with the cart. I just wish they have a loyalty card or prepaid card like other places, otherwise it’s 25 cents per gallon. p. s. they also sell other stuff like phone cards, hair clips, fake plants, bras, etc…

I get my 5 gallon water containers filled here. It is only a $ 1.25 or similar, and the faucets are fast, they have carts & ramps, and the place is clean.
