This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. First off, I went through the drive through. I could barely hear the guy on the speaker box. Then got to the window and sat for like 2 minutes before he even acknowledged that I was there. Then I wait for another 10 minutes to get my food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and a side Caesar salad. Instead I got spicy chicken. No cheese. And they added ketchup. Disgusting. And they gave me a plane side salad with ranch. How difficult is it to make one sandwich. Especially when you are being hella slow. I would give no stars if I could. Super disappointed.

pretty average, run-of-the-mill wendy’s… my hubby met up with me for lunch in the middle of the day and chose this fast food joint since it was cheap and convenient. note that cheap is the operative word b/c he ended up getting the«4 for $ 4» special which included a burger, chicken fingers, fries, and a soda for $ 4. i hadn’t even heard of this deal but it was an amazing price for the quantity of food received. normally, i’d say this order would be closer to $ 8 or $ 10 a la carte! he was pretty satisfied with his meal as he actually ate every last bite and had soda left over for later. parking was very easy, and there were quite a few spaces available even at prime lunch hour(around 1230 on a friday). as i mentioned earlier, convenience is key, as this location is very close to mathilda &101, right between 101& central, so every other tech company is just a few minutes drive away.

The 2 stars are for good food, however LUKEWARM fast food which is what I have been getting lately(drive through) can taste really bad. I usually use the drive through & the service there has become really bad. The people who handle the orders have become progressively extremely unfriendly(obviously not the same individuals). One does not feel like that one is wanted as a customer. This for a single burger which costs at a minimum $ 5& more. In comparison, the friendliness at a Chika-Fila is first rate for a burger which costs below $ 4. 2ndly, in the past couple of months the burger I get is LUKEWARM at best. This wasn’t the case earlier. The interiors are so old and dated that I don’t feel like eating in the place. In comparison all other fast food restaurants such as Jack in the Box and others have upgraded their interiors.

Quick and very professional customer service. After watching a Buzzfeed video comparing burgers, I am now hooked on Wendy’s. Unlike other fast food places, I don’t feel crappy after eating a whole meal of Wendy’s, the fries are great(skinny and salty), and the meat in the burgers are wonderful.

All I wanted was a nice grilled-chicken salad. There are four or five on the menu. BUT. .. they ran out of grilled chicken, the day before Memorial Day. Are you kidding me? Lousy management, barely acceptable products. When they have them. Eat elsewhere.

Pretty much consistent with other reviewers for this Wendy’s. I went inside at lunch time during the week. One cashier with a line to the door. The cashier had to do everything, take your order, get a tray, get your drink, put the food on the tray, offer sauces, etc. Each order took forever. Everyone in line complaining about the wait. My order was also wrong. Wrong burger and it was served cold. Poor quality, more so than other Wendy’s. Restaurant is tired, worn and dirty. Don’t go here. Drive thru is also slow. They can’t give you your total on the screen and make you wait until you get to the window. Slows down service as you fish for the right money at the last minute. Horrible experience.

Lady at the cash register isn’t friendly and the fries are extremely salty. When I reached into the bag to munch on fries on the drive home, I felt the salt all over my fingers. It felt like the fries had extra seasoning but it’s all salt! Drive thru doesn’t work.

This review is solely for their chili. Expect lots and lots of beef! Their chili is super delicious. It’s warm and filled with tomatoes beans and beef. A small is only $ 1.79, add cheese and onions for an extra $.30. If this isn’t cheap I don’t know what is! Not sure how the other food on their menu is but I’d come back here just for their chili.

Pricing: Good. Cheap fast food, but not the cheapest joint so just good for this rating. Quality: Good. I was not disgusted, but I was very underwhelmed. Turnaround: Good-Excellent. Yay for fast food. Service: N/A. Self-serve. Fast food joint, remember? I ordered the bacon portobello melt on brioche because I saw a giant poster advertising it and I was kind of craving brioche once I saw it. The brioche was surprisingly fluffy and well flavored. The bacon was also well done, not burnt or greasy, but unfortunately, the portabello was devoid of flavor and the cheese did not really help tie the burger together. The meal also comes with a disappointing small order of fries, which were stale and lackluster, but my friend’s salads were mediocre beyond even plainness. They were literally a packet of mixed greens sprinkled with bits of walnut and apple bits with a dressing that tasted like gooey sugar water. She also had a berry salad where the greens were fine, but the berries had collapsed on itself and leaching it’s juices all over the salad. The food came very fast as befitting a fast food joint, but given the stale fries, I am just a bit annoyed they did not bother to take the time to re-crisp them or something. Since this is a fast food joint, the only interaction I had with the staff was during the paying and that went fine without a hitch.

Food was not even hot. The spicy chicken nuggets were stale and warm. The chilli cheese fries were awful and came out not cold but not warm. Asked for a new one and they just microwaved them. Nothing fresh about this location.

This place is run down inside. Nasty bathroom and furnature. They have raised their prices on the Dollar-Menu when other Wendy’s have not. The service is ok.

This Wendy’s outshines most other’s I’ve been to. A large, comfortable dining area, your choice of tables or booths — even some tables set aside with one chair so a solo customer won’t feel out of place. Around the front are large bay windows with a view of the traffic on Mathilda. The service was a little slow but friendly. There were four women working behind the counter, but at times while I was waiting for my order to come up, they would all disappear for minutes at a time going somewhere in the back. I ordered a Dave’s Hot and Juicy ¼ pound single combo. The burger tasted delicious, fresh, with the right amount of condiments and toppings. The fries were OK, some were a little on the shriveled side. The Coke had a full punch to it; not watered down. If you’re in the area and craving a good burger, it’s worth stopping in.

Worst! If I could give it negative rating, I would have. I ordered a sandwich, and sat on table for 40 mins. I decided to leave, at that point, server said pay and take it. food was sitting there for 30 mins, but nobody was willing to deliver it on my table. they wouldn’t even let me leave without paying. The worst experience ever. server name was Luis . I will not return there! My recommendation plz don’t go…

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and possibly the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. My last two experiences here: 1) Came inside for lunch on a weekday about a month ago. Only one guy was really working, which was making everything take forever. One guy cannot man the register, fill drinks, and make the sandwiches. There was another lady«working», but she was just sitting around on a stool by the window. Took about 15 minutes for our order, which is too long for fast food in my opinion. 2) Drive-thru about 20 minutes ago. Two people talk to me back and forth on the console, which was very confusing. They take my order without confirmation and tell me that I’ll get the price at the window. At this point I should’ve confirmed my order myself. When we pull up to the window, I get a price without confirming the order and I pay foolishly. At this time I overhear the manager screaming out«what goes in a hamburger kid’s meal!?»(This was not my order.) The cashier stores in my bag for about 20 seconds before he gives it to me, so I peek myself. Two burgers and fries, okay, this looks right. When I get home I realize it’s not the right burger. I order the special, but got a regular cheese burger. Come on. You even asked me if I wanted to try the special today and I said yes! The only reason to come here is to observe the gross incompetence. If I’m really craving Wendy’s, I’d rather drive out to the one on Fremont and Wolfe.

What up yo normally I’m a good sport when it comes to food but this shit was fucking nasty = straight disgusting. I’m Probably not going to eat this burger just so that I can add yours to my life span. The bottom of the burger was so greasy I could have built a wading pool of grease out of it. I wish I could make this a negative review. negative 5 stars

I love Wendy’s chili. Or at least I thought I did, until I read the nutrition info on their website. «Hold it right there,» you say. «It’s fast food — are you expecting it to be healthy?» Not really, but even fast food joints can do some things, or avoid doing some things, to make their food healthier without any major downsides. Case in point: Wendy’s chili. It’s hearty, tasty and has a generous amount of ground beef. It’s even touted as «good for you» by their website. Yet a large cup has half a gram of trans fat and the artificial coloring Red 40. Wendy’s could easily use trans fat-free oil and skip the coloring completely — there’s enough tomato and chili pepper in there to give it a natural red color. It’s still respectable chili, and the price($ 1 for a small cup) is unbeatable. But there’s room for improvement, without sacrificing taste or price. I also recall them topping off my chili with extra onions the last time I ordered it(a couple years ago), but not this time around. At any rate, the staff at this location is friendly, and the food is about what you could expect for a few bucks in this post-recession day and age. My grilled chicken sandwich looked a little sad( ), not as nice as the ones at McDonald’s, but at least the meat was tender. And the chicken nuggets? Nicely fried on the outside, but a little dry on the inside. The small chocolate frosty at $ 1 is also a great deal, and tastes pretty darn good. This too however has half a gram of trans fat. Kudos to Wendy’s for being upfront about the trans fat numbers, because by law they’re allowed to claim 0 grams of trans fat if the amount is 0.5 grams or less, thanks to the geniuses at the FDA. Hopefully as people become more aware of trans fat, we’ll see it phased out completely. Until then, I may still choose to eat here, but only sparingly. Finally, there’s a sign that says if you don’t get your receipt at the register, your meal is free( )! Does that ever happen? I have yet to find out.

Simple order for 4 people in the car(i.e. 4 meal combos). Still managed to get EVERY single combo wrong ***ANNND*** deliver major attitude(from the manager, no less) ***BEFORE*** we asked them to correct something EASY. Food was fine but the attitude was pathetic. Won’t be back.

Wendy’s Wendy’s Old Fashion Hamburgers Wow! It’s been awhile since I ate at a Wendy’s…so does Wendy’s still taste the same as it use to? Wendy’s still serves the square patties for their Hamburger. They’ve added Chicken and Fish to their menu. I don’t see the Taco Salad on their menu anymore. Frosty’s are still being served… now they offer a Frosty Shake, Twisted Frosty and a Frosty Float. Here is what I had: Bacon Deluxe Double Hamburger Original Frosty Natural Cut French Fries with Sea Salt This meal fared average. The hamburger looked a little overcooked, but that was just the outside of the patty. Was the patty Juicy… um…somewhat. Natural Cut French Fries… tasty potatoes… not bad. Frosty — Chocolate flavor… same as always… Good! Overall meal was about $ 8.21 Service was: lacking… I’ve not been to Wendy’s in some time and forget what offerings are included and what you need to ask for when ordering. No offer or suggestions of what to order and /or suggested items to go with your meal. Overall rating a 2.5 to 3 stars. Would I return… only if I’m desperate…

I’ve been to many Wendy’s in my life and this one is by far the fastest, friendliest and cleanest of them all. Get the 99cent chicken nuggets and the 99cent chili(I read it’s the healthiest dollar menu item fast food in America other than a mini salad).
