It was the day before Thanksgiving and my car broke down as I pulled into a gas station in Sunrise. I knew of Expertech and had the car towed their. It was 3:30 when we got there. They knew the problem right away, I needed an alternator. With only an hour and a half left before closing for the holiday, they had an alternator on its way and took apart the car so they would be ready when the new one arrived. It came they put it all together, tested it, and I was ready at 5:10.
To be able to find caring, honest, competent repair people is almost impossible, unless you use the guys at EXPERTECH.

Have to say the office manager (Mindy?) is the reason I would come back. She was awesome. She helped me out tremendously and even though I live 20 min away I’m still going to come here again and recommend others to as well.

Had a great experience. I was a walk in the took no time in getting my car in there and was honest about what it needs. I did an oil change and they rotated tires no charge !!! Tony was awesome!

First of all, Tony, the owner, knows what he is doing. He was able to diagnose and fix a very tricky electrical problem in our Mercedes. He is efficient and knows how to get the job done without a hassle. The shop is very clean and the work is outstanding. This is the third time we have brought one of our cars here and each time we have been very happy. Tony is trustworthy and that is very important to us. This is a first class operation and I we highly recommend Expertech to anyone with a car problem. His prices are fair. We will return to this shop with any further car problems without hesitation because we have such confidence in Tony and his staff.

I was looking for a good place to get my oil changed the other day, after I had been extremely ripped off by a Jiffy Lube last time around. I found this place on Unilocal and was so excited by the rave reviews. When I walked into the office, the man behind the desk asked me if I had ever been there before, to which I replied «no». There was an older woman checking out at the time and she turned around to tell me «I’ve been coming here for years and years, and you won’t find a better shop. They are honest and do great work.»
She was RIGHT. I was super pleased with my service and will definitely be returning for all my car service needs. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Tony and Lenny have everything under control. They will fit you in or let you know what day/​time is available and if needed they will pick up and drop off. All the repair details are laid out with no hidden costs. Alternatives and warranty issues are fully explained; you don’t have to wonder if there is a recall or other issue that should have responded to the problem. Our family has used them numerous times and will continue to because of their honest, fair, and dedication to a quality job. When you want it done like the good’ol days these guys are it.

I have been coming to this place for over five years now. I should have written a review a long time ago. Tires, oil, electrical work — you name it — they have probably done it for me. I have never had any issues with the level of service provided here.
They have always been honest and upfront about charges, services needed, etc. They have never taken advantage of the fact that I’m a female. Some places try to rip you off, but they don’t. Before they ever do any work, they discuss everything with you first.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. When I lived closer, they have taken me home and picked me back up so I didn’t have to sit in the office while they serviced my vehicle.
If you have to sit in the office, they have wifi for their clients to use. Just ask for the password and they’re happy to give it to you.
If you want a place that will be honest with you and provides excellent service — then go check them out. Personally, I continue to give them my service because of the level of professionalism offered here. I expect nothing less from them. I may live all the way in Boca, but I’ll come back when my car needs servicing — every time. Thanks for the great work!

Many mechanics do good work but the folks here don’t do UNNNECESSARY work just to charge you for it. Love the honesty, responsiveness and the communication while the car is getting repaired. Clean waiting area with TV and Keurig coffee maker is icing on the cake!

I’ve been bringing my 2004 Toyota Matrix (going on 189,000 miles now) to Tony and the gang at Expertech for the past six years. They’ve always done excellent work at reasonable prices. They are efficient and friendly to boot, always willing to go the extra mile (pun intended) to keep my aging runabout on the road. I heartily recommend them.

Expertech is hands down the best shop in the Broward. They are honest, accommodating, and do great work! They dropped me off at my house after I left my vehicle to get repaired and offered to pick me up after the work was completed. The repair was done in a timely manner and Tony couldn’t have been more helpful, taking the time to answer all my amateur questions about the repairs being done. I will definitely be using Expertech for all of my future vehicle work!

I have been going to this shop for over 5 years. Tony & his team are always friendly, polite and go above and beyond anyone’s customer service. Twice they have come to my house to get my car started so they could take it to the shop and repair it. Service is performed in a minimum amount of time and they provide a ride home and will come back to pick me up. They always let me know when my car needs something but never try to up-​sell services that aren’t necessary. Their prices are very fair and their mechanics are knowledgeable about all makes of cars. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Two years later and I am still using these guys. Now I have a young baby and dropping the car off or waiting in the waiting room for repairs is a whole new challenge. When I mentioned this to Tony, he offered to pick my car up in the morning and return it in the afternoon. Wow and Thank you! That is five star service!

Very average. Getting an appointment is a pain and they don’t know about going the extra mile for their clients. Owner was moody again and his staff reflects his uptight mood. I expected much more. Price was average and all is very much average. I could have gone anywhere else and it would not have been better or worse. Except that when it comes to my cars and my safety I expect a lot more and I want an enthusiastic staff happy to serve my needs. It’s not much to have.
