I have been coming here for at least 2 years for my eyebrows with Lisa, whom I absolutely love! She is the only one who can get them right! I have a scar on one of my eyebrows and everyone I’ve been to can never make them even. Lisa is the only one who can do so. Lisa has been trying to get me to get my nails done there for quite some time now, I was always hesitant because the lady that I was going to that was in the same plaza always did my nails so perfectly and I have been going to her for over two years and I don’t like change. So finally I decided to try them out. I got a full set with I’m not even sure who the young lady’s name was… I think she could have done a better job… It wasn’t horrible but it definitely did not meet my expectations. When I went back to get my eyebrows done about a week later, they were packed so I decided to make an appointment to get my fills. When going back, I had them done by a male whose name was Lee and called himself Bruce Lee… I thought it was funny and cute. He did an amazing job! I’ve never had them done by a male nail tech and was more than pleased. I would def recommend this place to my family and friends.

This nail salon is horrible! First, all 3 of the techs who helped me today were extremely slow and none spoke English well enough to understand what I was asking for. I showed them a photo of the polish I wanted — the same on both my hands and feet — a very simple French with glitter. They had one nail tech do my pedi first. It came out ok but not anything like the photo. Also, he did a bad job with the pumice on the heals — I will be fixing this myself. The the other tech who did my nails couldn’t find a matching gel glitter from my toes — which I asked for from the beginning. I ended up with the mani and pedi looking completely different from each other, and I’m sure I could have done a better job myself! The manager came by and couldn’t understand anything I was saying. I told her I was unhappy and she laughed — literally! She charged me full price even after the poor quality and the fact that my nails did not come out the way i asked. I would never go back to this salon…

A VERY cute and spunky salon! Cindy gave me a great pedicure and kind conversation! A great place to take a break from the beach down the street!

My mother, grandma, and I have been coming every month for years, and we all love it. The owner and her mother are fantastic, as are all the other technicians we’ve had over the years. I strongly recommend this place for a great experience and good value.

Very limited gel polish selection, definitely a turn off… I was excited to get a pastel pink (a color you think every place would have) and black polish with a design that I had taken a picture of so I chose my colors as I soaked off my gel set. 15 minutes later I get ask which colors I wanted only to find out only 8 of the 40 colors on their key ring display were actually
would have been nice to have been told this whenI was handed a display with tons of colors. So as I was ready to get my gel mani I had to scramble through the available colors to find something else. The tech didn’t even try to help me find at least a similar shade of what I was looking for until he saw me become frustrated. I just picked one color and sat their disappointed. I used pretty pink flamingo color. Simple to keep it moving. Otherwise, the techs are nice and take their time to do your nails and do a pretty good, clean job.

I love this place! The nail techs are fast, friendly, and efficient. I love going here for my gel manicure and pedicures! I’ll never go to another salon!
The prices are great and it doesn’t matter who does your nails– everyone there does an amazing job every time I come. They have really nice, clean equipment and the massage chairs are so comfy! This is my spa spot!

I went to Prestige for a pedicure. The façade looked nice, but my tech did not speak English. I was called to the chair by another lady yelling at me to «come get in water». I said hello to my tech and she looked blankly at me. She would tap my foot if she wanted me to put it in water or take it out. The place totally lost me when she pulled out her phone, with the gloves she was using on my feet, and proceeded to FaceTime somebody. Luckily, the person did not answer. I could not wait to get out of there as fast as I could. I do not recommend this location at all.

Stopped in because I was shopping close by. Had a really nice pedicure but… It appeared the tools were not clean. The technician sprayed them with some sort of fluid and I suspect this is their complete sterilizing routine. I too had liquid dripping on me, as mentioned in another review. It was raining and I thought it was a roof leak (likely not the fault of a tenant) but who knows what mystery fluid was dripping, nice!
The lady running the salon was friendly and the man who did my pedi did a wonderful job, but seeing the dirty tools and no apparent cleaning of the foot-​bath water was yucko. Won’t go back. Too bad because I really did like the manager lady and the tech. boo!

Just don’t… They butchered my skin. They also don’t know how to paint nails… I do a better job at home. The place might look nice, and the service may be polite, but the workers are not skilled in their trades. Terrible pedicure and terrible waxing.
I saw reviews on another site that were good and didn’t bother to cross-​check so that’s what I get. Fuck.

I came here with my friend because this is the place she likes to get her eye brows waxed. As I sat waiting for her I noticed something drop from the ceiling and looked down on the ground. A black liquid is dropping from the ceiling, and I have no idea what it is. Along with this, I looked closer and there are black stains on the floor in other areas. The employees don’t clean it up at all, and just walk around it, letting it just sit there and dry up. Then one technician told my friend she would next because the others are «sitting doing nothing.» The place is extremely dim, and I would never come here to get my nails or anything else done.

I found a $ 5 off $ 35 coupon in the clipper magazine for new clients, so I decided to try this place out. Prestige is located in the Nob Hill Plaza where Doris Market is located. The plaza is always busy, so parking maybe tough depending on the time of day. I walked in and all the nail techs seemed to be busy. I picked out a polish and was greeted by the name of Pj (I believe). While she was doing my pedicure I noticed an older women (probably the manager) walking by everyone’s desks. If I worked there, I would feel uncomfortable. It’s as of she micromanagers and has to be on top of her employees. She didn’t seem to make any of the employees uncomfortable, so who really knows. The pedicure chair felt great, I believe that’s the best massage I’ve had in a pedicure chair. Pj used different oils & lotions on my feet/​legs. What really got my attention, was the mint chocolate scrub she put on my legs. It smelled delicious and it seems to make everything smooth. On to the manicure, I really wasn’t impressed with the paint job. When I left, I noticed there was still some paint on my skin and some of the paint had bubbles in it. It may have been because it was a reddish colored polish and I dried my hands in the fan at the table (as instructed), but I would expect a better job since my pedicure was great.
Next time, I won’t be looking for a deal. I’ll go to another new spot I found, Lilly Nails located off Nob Hill & Cleary, in the Publix plaza. Be sure to ask for Kim at Lilly’s.

Been coming to this location since 2010 & let me say, I will not go anywhere else! Coming from NYC, I have very high expectations for a nail salon. I even thought Venetian Nail Salon was too pricey for the crappy service!
I never wait more than 20 minutes to be taken care. Yes you never know who your getting when you walk in UNLESS you have an appointment (duh!). But I don’t care who I get here since everyone is very good. It’s family owned and Cindy (one of the owners) is always there. I love being able to have a conversation to distract me from the time and they always keep you laughing, especially Paul. I highly recommend this place!

So far so good. Walked in with no appointment and we were seen immediately which was nice. Place seemed clean and staff was attentive. Got the $ 25 deal which was the scrub and nail paiting package they had going. The whole experience was ok and pretty good, the place looked and felt clean but as always, you have to wait to see if you’ll get the dreaded fungus. Will update as soon as more time passes.

On Friday, May 11, 2012 I decided to go with my bridal party to Prestige Nail and Spa. My maid of honor resides around this nail spa and is a regular customer. So I decided to have Prestige Nail and Spa be the place to get my nails done before my wedding day (May 12). I was encountered by one of their nail staff and began my nail services. After my pedicure the nail technician person was working on my manicure, and it seemed as though the nail technician was not playing close attention and somehow cut the skin around my finger nail. Consequently there was blood bursting from my cuticle (proximal nail fold area). I was horrified and in pain because this was the day before my wedding and the finger that was cut was on my wedding ring hand. The nail technician simply apologized and I told her that it was okay that I understand. However, once she was done with the manicure I was just simply walked to the area to dry nails. I was never given a receipt and noticed that the managers at the front desk were making faces and speaking some Asian language. So after my nails dried, I walked over to the unprofessional staff and they asked me what services did I get done and I replied a pedicure and manicure. A showed him where I was cut to see if they had a Band-​Aid. I asked the manager for a discount due to the incident that occurred with the nail services. I was surprised that the only thing the manager said he could do was a three dollar discount and put some Neosporin on my finger nail. Nonetheless, I paid my bill and the three dollar discount was what I used to tip the nail technician.
As for my experience! I will never ever give business to Prestige Nail and Spa in Sunrise, Florida. Prestige Nail and Spa lacks professionalism and are not attentive to a bride-to-be.All Prestige Nail and Spa care about making is money and the customer experience is secondary.

Very nice place, but going there is like playing the lotto. You never know who you are going to get. They always have different staff some are really good, some are not good at all. The reason why I stopped going was because last time I complained the manager was rude and treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was saying… 2 times a charm… Never went back. I do have to thank them because from that last time I went and bough everything to do my own gelish nails!!! Now I always get them how They should be

Had a pedicure here today and was impressed with the atmosphere and polish selections. The polishes were not half empty, and not dried out. All were either essie and opi. The salon was quiet for a Saturday afternoon which I really enjoyed. No waiting with an appointment. Everything was super clean and my technician was excellent. No rush, no hassle, no noisy obnoxious customers. Maybe I just lucked out today but my pedicure was fabulous. Definitely will return. Ask for Tao/​Mary.
