This place is a joke. Worst service ever. Liars. Absolutely no competence in management team. Kia should have a huge intervention at this dealership. Complete lack of customer service and no competency. Not like a typical Rick Case dealership. Do your self a favor and save yourself a lot of space and go elsewhere.

I just left Rick Case Kia… And greatly disappointed… The overcharged for a 45k mile treatment by close to $ 75. Out the door it was over $ 230.00, When I asked for a manager they brought me to «JP» the general manager and he tried to justify an oil change, replacement of 2 filters, and a fuel treatment was worth that and I was silly to assume otherwise. Then he had the audacity to say we’ll trade in your car and I’ll give you a better deal… Wait, Hold on I can’t trust you with my small change and you want me to trust you with a major purchase… Sorry you just lost a customer and I will never recommend anyone come here…

I will defiantly take my Kia Forte here for anything it needs from here on out! Great employees always willing to help. Brad in the service department helped me get some things replaced in my car before heading back up north. Everyone was friendly. I have nothing to complain about and I look forward to going there again next time!
