My air conditioner quit working at 5pm. They were able to come after normal business hours and fix the problem. Very professional and friendly. I would use them again and recommend to friends.

After being without A/​C for a couple days we had Neil from Ultracool stop by to check out our home. Neil arrived early, was very professional and extremely caring of our situation. After calling a few other contractors we realized Ultracool was the best choice! They were very accommodating and sent a team out on a Saturday on a very busy Labor Day weekend. Ronald & Patrick were very prompt, courteous and performed the complete replacement of our HVAC with excellence!!! It was a great overall experience and we are so happy to have our A/​C pumping out COLD air again… Thanks, Ellen & Eric

We had our AC units installed by Neil and his sub-​contractors — very professional and someone I had recommended to a number of friends. We had them come out and maintenance our units which was also a good experience. We ordered air filters from the company and we never received them.
UPDATE: After review on Unilocal,we received our filters in 3 days and a full refund for the purchase. My guess is Neil got involved and made it right. Thanks Neil!
