Established in 2010.

Prior to being Team Sherrer, Bev, Sherrer was the Principal Broker and both Marilyn and Kathy were sole proprieters in Real Estate. Marilyn worked at Sunriver Realty and Kathy at Prudential NW Properties. Marilyn, Kathy and Bev formed Team Sherrer in October of 2010. I Love Central Oregon! This beautiful area has been my home since moving here from Maryland 21 years ago. I Know Central Oregon, I’ve lived in Bend, Tumalo, Redmond, and Sunriver area. Buying or selling a home can be an overwhelming task. It would be my privilege to work for you and put forth the extra time and energy to understand and meet your individual needs. My management and marketing background have given me superb communication and negotiation skills which means that you’ll get the best price whether you are buying or selling real estate. I am proud to say that I just recently received the GREEN Designation from the National Association of Realtors and believe in promoting Green building practices. I also have my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Designation) which took 1 year to complete & over 90 hours of classroom time and testing. I also have attended workshops on Short Sales, Bank Owned and Foreclosures so I can keep clients better informed about what’s going on is this complex
