I recently walked back and wanted to give this a try hence it was cold outside.
When you step in, you can either order take-​out or take a pamphlet menu and order at the table.
This is more like a noodle shop where you order the base soup noodle and as you add ingredients, the more monetary you add to your bill. The sauces and utensils are on the table.
I ordered the fried dough, which mine was fried on the spot making it really crispy. We also got the House special Ho Hun, and the Noodles with Fish Tofu.
I think the best value is getting the $ 18 dish which is good for 3 – 4 people to share. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo because people were eating, but it was a huge bowl.
