A & A 24 7 Action Locksmith

While the guy that unlocked my car was polite and quick, I would advise anyone in need of a locksmith to avoid this business at all costs. Their receipt says they’re «Guardian» Lock & Key.
I asked for a ballpark estimate over the phone which I wasn’t given because they had to see my vehicle first. When the locksmith showed up, I was charged $ 19 just for him to look at my car, and $ 120 to unlock my car which took less than 5 minutes. When I called the company to ask why a 5 minute unlock job would cost more than I have ever paid for a locksmith, his response was «There are other cars that cost more than that, and you didn’t have to accept our service» (meaning I could have paid the $ 19 and then sent him away, only to start my search over. In general, people who need a locksmith are in a bind, and don’t have time to sit and wait to have multiple companies come out to look at their car. This company is abusing it’s client base; just because you know your customers are in a hurry and can’t afford to call out another locksmith, doesn’t mean you should charge ridiculous prices.
This company doesn’t care about your business, or providing a good service.
