We had a great experience with Surf Buggy! When visiting Barnaget Light from California, I wanted bikes for myself and my 2 children. Surf Buggy delivered them — bikes were waiting when we arrived at our rental house. When the bike for my youngest wasn’t a good fit, they delivered a replacement at no additional charge for the bike or the delivery — FANTASTIC service. I’d rent from them again!
The bikes weren’t fancy, but they were fine for an hour of riding per day. and the weekly rental is a great value.
I just wish they also rented stand up paddle boards — I would have loved a weekly rental for a SUP too!

so many bike shops with so many bikes… most are just so so… UNTIL SURF BUGGY! built a bike to exact specifications, color, handle bars, seat, tires, all the way to the basket and bell. felt like we were buying a hot new sports car, not a beach cruiser. Sale, Service and support all excellent. Charlie took special care in assuring complete satisfaction. even came to house to pick up old bike and made safe again. a bike shop that makes house calls? come on people, get out and upgrade to SURF BUGGY LBI!
