History

Established in 2015.

We started this business because we live at the beach. We saw a need in our own neighborhood. We see neglected properties. Many things can go wrong if your property is unattended. Since I have a background in law enforcement, 27 years as a NJ police officer, we are trained to observe. We will keep your home safe and secure. We do exterior and interior checks and we will report any problems immediately to you. This will give you peace of mind that your property is just the way you left it. We are the vigilant eyes your property needs!

I am a 27yr veteran police officer from NJ. I have served as a police officer since 1982 in a highly populated city in New Jersey. During my career, I started as a patrolman serving and protecting the city by being the Initial arriving officer who would start an investigation. I was instrumental in setting up the departments’ standard operating procedure for completing vacation and house checks within the city. I retired as lead detective. I am a certified chemical munitions instructor, certified firearms instructor, arson investigator, certified SWAT team member. Since my retirement, I have worked within the hotel industry as Hotel security/​investigator. My employment with such hotels as the Holiday Inn in Old City and The Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, In this line of work. I have been trained in infestation and varmint control and identification, fire control panels, alarm systems, and all relating aspects of maintaining a 33 story high-​rise building.
