beware, we have damage to our pool that a third party expert has said is a result of non cleaning of the filter and over chemicalization to mask the non cleaning… highly do NOT recommend using this company

Under new management. Note how old the existing reviews — 2013. My technician put 200 pounds of salt in my pool in December. I’m not wanting the Dead Sea in my yard. Then the customer service said they’d remove the charges, followed by the management calling and saying we have to pay. This is ridiculous and note they put more salt in January and February.

I had problems from the day I hired Stella’s Pool Service. The owner came to my home today and told me nothing is his fault, he recommended a Navigator pool cleaner for $ 500 and I bought it It never worked. He wouldn’t make it right. Today I had a meeting with him at my home and he offered to refund my $ 500 (PS online price is $ 300) Then he offered to clean my pool twice a week for only (wait for it) twice the price! I accepted his offer to refund my $ 500 for the bad product recommendation and asked him for a final bill. He then said I will not refund you them LOL.
Then he called me arrogant, and went on in his condescending French accent…
«We are a VIP pool service.» Really! Who does he think he is! VIP pool service. HA! Save that for someone else, give me my refund of the crappy Navigator you sold me and move on buddy! au revoir! Don’t let my pool fence hit you in the ass on the way out!
