A Time To Dance Performing Arts Studio was established in 2006 to provide our city with professional, quality & inspiring dance instruction for all ages (2.5yrs to Adult). We

offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Tumbling & have an award winning Competitive Dance Team Company. We are centrally located in Surprise with 3 viewing dance rooms that each have state of the art professional quality spring subfloors to provide a safe, shock-​absorbent environment for all forms of dance. We strive for artistic excellence & to motivate each student to achieve their goals through hard work while having fun. It’s a privilege to share the JOY of dance in our community.

My daughter has been attending ATTD for approximately a year. She attended another dance studio where she barely learned a few basic moves. In her time at ATTD her dance skills have grown exponentially and she’s only 8 years old. The teachers are very nice and answer any questions my daughter or I have, and welcome when she asks for extra help. This June was my daughters first dance recital, I have many years experience myself with various styles of stage performance, and considering how much they had to do for their recital, it was a well put on recital, they do have enough classes that they put on 3 shows to which my daughter was in two of them. Her ballet costume was adorable and very appropriate for an 8 year old. I also checked out the other costumes for her age group since we’re looking at adding a class or two and they all seemed appropriate. The only classes that had outfits that showed tummies were the older girls which is perfectly acceptable. Their competition has some great dancers, something to look forward to, and I appreciate that all the dancers seem well behaved as well as I have yet to see any parent drama in the waiting area. I love drama free environments! I have and will continue to recommend this dance studio to friends and family.
