I was a steady client to this store spent hundreds of dollars since I moved to surprise and purchased 15 $ worth of automotive grease two types the one that was not needed for the job I went to return and the Hispanic female manager was very rude they would not return it without a receipt when the store manager and all other managers have returned merchandise numerous times without my receipt. I felt discriminated against considering I’ve seen her given the same scenario to a Hispanic customer his money back with no receipt. I’ve never had this problem at any auto zone O’reileys or Napa I will gladly drive an extra 20 miles or 50 miles if I have to to avoid terrible customer service like I received. They lost a life long customer who spend easily 100 $ a month
