I specialize in intimate private cocktail events. At a residence, business, or rental venue, I create quality, fresh cocktails that tantalize your taste buds.

I provide an easy, simple and low-​stress event planning with quality cocktail creations in the Southern California area.

When you work with me you get my full dedication to making your event incredible. I consult with you to get to know you. Your likes, preferences, and desires for your event. Then create a cocktail program filled with fresh, ripe, juicy fruits, along with fresh herbs are the quality ingredients. Followed by a pre-​event tasting of the signature cocktail and recommended wines. I work with you from day one to provide a memorable experience.

I can provide a full portable bar station, ice coolers and tubs, water station, delicious garnishes, cups, napkins and straws if needed.

I strive to Raise the Bar and Toast your Spirits.

History

Established in 2011.

What began as just a hobby quickly grew into a love of mine. I began by pouring drinks for friends at their homes, and soon began receiving many request from others to bartend for them. I decided to taking training courses, and became licensed. Now I bartend for club events, and private home parties.

Vince and his fiancé, Angila, were FANTASTIC. This is the first review I have personally written on Unilocal,they are that awesome.
My fiancé and I had just moved to South Carolina, but were having the wedding in Arizona. This made it difficult to meet the people ahead of time, but that wasn’t a problem for Vince. He was highly responsive via email and made us feel very confident in hiring him without meeting him. We compared him to five other local bartenders and he offered the most personalized, professional service at the best price.
The day of the wedding Angila and Vince showed up well ahead of time, still without having met us. In fact, I didn’t even meet them until half way through the wedding! All of my guests absolutely raved about them, how friendly, professional and personable they were. This meant a lot since we had a small wedding, about 45 guests.
Your search is over, I promise you will not be disappointed in hiring them!

We hired Bartender Vince for our wedding on August 22nd, 2015. We heard about Vince from our Venue at Crafted in San Pedro. Our guest count was around 200, but I actually think there was probably about 250 guest there towards the end. Vince & his crew were awesome the day of our wedding. They arrive on time and were professionally dressed. Vince actually came to the venue the day before the wedding to set up. He is very professional & kept in touch with us the whole time. When ever we had a question he would always get back to us in a timely manner. He even came to our house for a taste testing for a signature drink, which was delicious. He helped us figure out what type of alcohol to buy & provided us with a custom drink menu and groceries list based on the amount of guest that were attending the wedding. We kept it to three hard alcohols & three different types of beer. We also had a beverage station with water, tea & lemonade & Vince kept it filled at all times. Vince went above and beyond to help us with our wedding. We couldn’t be happier with the amount of work that Vince put into our event. We highly recommend Vince if you’re looking for a bartender! You won’t be disappointed.

Vince was professional and attentive from the beginning. He took the time to analyze our vision for our wedding. His staff was attentive and friendly as well.
Our guests were particularly bar-​happy, and his staff handled the amount of drinks well. They put effort into each cocktail they served and we had numerous guests positively comment on the service. I would absolutely hire Vince again!

Bartender Vince is a ROCKSTAR! This stud showed up early, had everything prepped with a nice display of beers and a nice looking specialty drink menu (my friend hired him for my birf-​day to please the masses) And Vince went above and beyond stoking everyone out. Even items that weren’t on the menu he was more than happy to mix. Even people who weren’t drinking adult beverages would have chats with him and he would still create bubbly yummy drinks. Everyone was so stoked with his friendliness and professionalism. I only have the highest praises for the dude when it comes to the great quality of drinks he mixes and his friendly customer service skills were so greatly beyond reproach. You can’t go wrong hiring Vince, thanks dude!

My wife and I just finished hosting a Valentine’s Day party at our home for almost a 100 guests. We hired Vince as the bartender and he was simply phenomenal.
I can honestly list a dozen adjectives to describe how pleased we were with Vince. He was above and beyond what anyone could imagine. Here are just a few details of what Vince brought to our party.
1. Punctual: he was the first one in and last one out.
2. Organized: he sent me a PDF with a list of what we need to be prepared.
3. Presentable: came sharply dressed.
4. Impressive: made us a cocktail menu for our guests. He put it in a large frame and used an easel so everyone could see the specialties.
5. Prepared: Vince had everything you need. All the way from the cups, ice to garnishes and even his own cutting knife. Total control of the party and through as can be. I’m still in awe of how much effort he put into this.
6. Quality: all the best ingredients. Drinks were delicious. The entire party was buzzing about how good the bartender is.
7. Honest: felt comfortable having him in my home and kept my bar clean.
What a find. Just a total gem. Hire him with confidence. He won’t let you down!

I cannot recommend Vince highly enough. Five stars is insufficient. I hired him to bartend a holiday party for an attorney organization at a law firm. His set up, service, and personality simply made the party. He was a great help to be before and after, truly going above and beyond to help set up while I was stuck in traffic. Our drinks were delicious, his presentation was beautiful, and he struck the perfect balance between sophistication and fun for the event. I will most definitely use his services again, any time I am in need of a bartender!

My wife and I asked Vince to bartend our wedding that was taking place in Escondido, CA at the end of June. We were going with a Willy Wonka theme so when we asked him to be our bartender, we also asked him to prepare come custom cocktails for our guests to enjoy. We gave him a few months to come up with ingredients and play around with ideas.
Just about a month before our big day, Vince came to my parents house for a tasting to see what we thought of his creations and we couldn’t be happier. He stayed true to our theme and brought up a mock menu with a Willy Wonka graphic and list of every drink he was going to prepare for us. From one awesome chocolate based drink that was like drinking chocolate milk to an orangish «Oompa Loompa» specialty that we all loved trying out, and we were excited because this was just what we had in mind.
On our big day Vince showed up with plenty of time to get his bar set up and even helped keep all of our non-​alcoholic drinks fully stocked for our guests. Once the bar was open after our ceremony, we encouraged everyone to give the drinks a try. Vince and his assistant were quick to get everyone served with his custom creations and everyone raved about them. I had a cousin that fell in love with the chocolate Wonka drink he made and that was definitely the favorite of the night.
Would I use Vince again? Absolutely! This is probably one of the most professional guys you can get to handle your event and does everything he can to make sure your party is a hit. Thanks Vince!

Vince bartended my wedding at The Maxwell House in Pasadena this past Saturday and he did a fantastic job.
Vince had met up with my husband and I three times prior to our wedding to make sure everything was perfect for the big day. During one of his visits, he came up with a personalized drink for our menu called «blushing bride.» Everyone at my wedding couldn’t stop talking about how delicious this drink was!
I am so happy to have had Vince as our bartender for our wedding. He has a great personality and his drinks are amazing!

We hired Vince as our bartender for our wedding of 180 guests. Him and his bar assistant were amazing! Not only did Vince bar tend the day of the wedding, but he helped us even before we booked him!
Vince was referred to us by colleagues. The day we met Vince, we could tell that he was the best choice for us, he is genuinely helpful and very professional. We had zero experience of hiring a bartender, and he helped us figure out what sort of alcohol we would need to purchase by providing us with a custom drink menu and groceries list of the amount of people that we predict will drink. He put in effort before we even booked him, which was also a HUGE brownie point in our decision for hiring him!
Vince didn’t stop there, we wanted a specialty drink for our wedding that would tailor to our guests. He even came to our place for taste testing some of his recommended mixes to select our signature drink. At our wedding our family and friends loved the signature cocktail!

Vince was on time and presented himself very well (good looking and nice aroma!!) He set up his bar and had fresh fruit for the drinks on the menu. He prepared a nice list of stuff we needed to get to make the party a success. The drinks were AMAZING! All were potent but none had the overwhelming taste of alcohol! Bartender Vince is an all-​star professional who was the perfect choice for our open house /​cocktail party. He came over to check out the setting a few days beforehand, he asked thoughtful questions about our expectations, he generated a perfect bar menu and he sent us a detailed shopping list a few days before the event. He was charismatic, polite, and non-​obtrusive (he didn’t steal the spotlight, as he knew this was a gathering of 50 middle-​aged professionals at a holiday party). His assistant Fiona was lovely. Throughout the event, they were both accommodating and flexible. After the event, they both cleaned up discreetly. I was so thoroughly happy by how everything went with Bartender Vince, and I look forward to hiring him back for our Cinco de Mayo party!

Vince is a true professional! He went out of his way to make my sister’s 40th birthday party a success. He helped me at every stage, from understanding his service and cost, to squaring away the kinds of alcohol we needed, to customizing the menu and even creating a signature drink. Vince went out of his way for us, offering to provide additional components that only helped make the party even more fun, such as a digital photo display, and dressing in the theme of our event.
