Dapper Dog

Highly recommend. Staff is wonderful. They do a great job at grooming. My Yorkie and poodle come out beautiful after their visit and I do not even have to drag them in they love to go there.

My sister takes her dog here and really likes it. Her pup always comes home happy and looking great. Would recommend.

What a find. The staff truly enjoys animals. We went away and left all 5 of our pets here and had the 3 dogs groomed as well. They have great prices as well. I highly recommend this facility.

Initially this pet hotel seemed well worth the extra cost to board my two dogs for the week we spent out of town. My girls are spoiled, and I wanted them to be pampered while we were away. When I dropped them off they were given cots up off the cold hard floor, pillows, and blankets. I advised the intake person that one of my dogs had a cut on her chin that she had gotten that morning, and told her that it would bleed easily at the slightest bump. When I called back from out of town to check on the girls I was informed by a different staff member that my dogs had been «separated» from the others because one of them had come into heat. I corrected the lady, reminding her of the cut on Lola’s chin and advised her that they were not due to be in season; I informed two different staff on two separate occasions of this. On our last day out of town I called the facility to advise them that we had run into weather delays and would be about 2 hours later than planned. I was asked to pay in advance over the phone with a credit card prior to pick up. I agreed on the good faith that everything was going to be okay when I arrived. When I got there to pick them up, I found them in their kennel on the cold hard floor, pillows and blankets gone! I asked the attendant what had happened to their beds and she informed me that it was a «management decision» to remove the beds for «sanitary reasons» and my girls had been in that condition for several days. She also told me that when she tried to advocate for the girls and say that the blood was not due to a heat cycle, but was instead from the cut on Lola’s chin, she was written up for allowing my girls group play time with the other dogs. The other attendant on staff there corroborated the story, and stated that they were told by management that the beds had to be removed. She also appeared to be bothered, but helpless in the situation. Both attendants apologized to me for the condition my dogs were in, but said that the manager made the decision for their plan of care. When I later spoke to the manager/​owner regarding the situation, she flat out lied and denied any knowledge of any of it!!! She threw her employees under the bus and acted like she wasn’t aware of my dogs’ mistreatment. When I asked her why I was never contacted regarding a change in the plan of care, she had no logic or reason to offer me and continued to deny the whole thing. I paid $ 280 for my dogs to be placed into a situation that was equal to that of a county pound and the manager/​owner never offered any sort of remediation or discount for the mistreatment!!! Very disgusted and disheartened by the whole situation!!!

I have a puppy (6 months) and when my wife and I have to go out of town for work or fun we make sure to take him there. The best part is there is always someone the 24 hours a day and night (Petsmart does not). Included in the price is Day Care/​Day Camp (Petsmart does not).
There was one time that it was midnight and I had to leave town right away so I called them and I was able to drop off my puppy that same night (1am).
This is the best Pet Hotel in the State!

Reasonable rates. Nice facility and staff. The other animals appear content and happy. My cat was very well taken care of and I will use again when in need.
