History

Established in 2000.

Our office is in the top 30 out of 18,000 State Farm agents in the nation, and the top State Farm agent in Arizona. We are one of only 50 agents allowed to open a second State Farm office, in Buckeye, AZ. We sell all lines of insurance — auto, fire, life, health, bank, and mutual funds — and have extensive experience in claims handling.

Our office is pet friendly and our team speaks Spanish.

Meet the Business Owner

Lisa RO R.

Business Owner

I grew up in southern Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota, where I obtained my degree in Child Psychology. Right out of college, I worked with non-​verbal children developing communication systems. In 1994, I began work at State Farm as a Fire Claim Rep, travelling around the country and working with disasters like hurricanes, floods, tornados, earthquakes and hail. I saw firsthand the devastation that happens to a family when a loss occurs, no matter how big or small. In November of 2000, I became a State Farm Agent in Surprise, AZ, and opened a second Agency in Buckeye, AZ, in 2015. I love my job, as it is the perfect fit for me.

In June of 2014, I married my husband Bryan Ross and became a stepmother to his 2 incredible children, Karson and Chandler. I am the proud mother of a 12-​year-​old Maltese, Zoe. She enjoys coming to work with me every day. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going to the beach, gardening, GLAMPING and other outdoor activities with my family.
