This place has a great atmosphere and theres a young crowd. Us 18 – 20 year olds finally get a place to go in surprise! Its fun to hang out in and the workers are great! Everyone is nice and fun!

One of the worst lounges i’ve ever been to. The product itself was good, i’ll give it that, but i have no idea how this place is still open. To start, the DJ was absolutely horrible. He had NO idea what he was doing and how to mix. It was painful listening to him play songs that had different BPMs and somehow try to overlap them. It probably would have been a better night if he wasn’t there. Also, the staff seemed like they could care less to have our business. I asked one of the workers what flavors he liked and he responded to me unenthusiastic, unconvincing manner. At least act like you want to be here. We were in a group of at least 30 and they didn’t show us any love with a discount or anything. I think the only reason this place is still around is because its location and that’s really a shame. Step it up Surprise Hookah.

Great place with a great atmosphere! The owner is personable and the workers attentive. Make sure to ask for the funnel bowl and a special mix and you’re sure to enjoy!!!

This is the worst hookah bar I have ever been too. Our coals burned to nothing and we had to request new coals which took 20 minutes to get. We paid $ 20 for 2 bowls but after waiting another 40 minutes for a new bowl we ended up walking out. The staff was more worried about picking his favorite song on Pandora than helping anyone. We were ignored the entire time we were there. They do not give out tips to people which is disgusting when we requested some they did bring us 2 but I did not see anyone else using them. The disposable electric cigarette I bought there was the best part of the night.

Surprise needed this Hookah lounge. It is nice, clean and the service is great. If you wanna get together with friends and somewhere to chill this is the place to be. Get Blue Mist it is really good.
