Wyngate at Sycamore Farms

I would like to say this is by far the best community I’ve lived in. I work for a different management company but yet chose to live here cause it is close to my family who lives in the area. It’s the best location, great floor plans, beautiful property and most important the best location. Yes there is one way in and one way out but that’s what makes this place special. Quite and away from everyday traffic but yet close to everything.
The staff are by far the best and what makes this place special. They are on top of it and are always available to answer and assist in anyway they can. They go above and beyond and make sure all residents are happy. I asked once to deliver a package to my apartment cause I was running late and when I arrived home, it was there! ! Lots of resident functions and great amenities. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Lived here for a year unreal how bad the management team is. I was late one month, by just one day, payed on the fourth, and they won’t renew our lease not like we want to stay anyway. We have ten days until our lease expires and we are just about moved, So it’s our last day of moving and they are trying to hit me with a five day notice to vacate with a forty Dollar process fee. I don’t think this is legal? They will never get the last 19days of rent I owe them.

The floor plans are good, with plenty of options to choose from. But you’re in for never ending noise if you don’t live on the top floor. I’ve had two different people live above me and there is constant pounding from above — walking, opening windows, flushing the toilet, running the garbage disposal, etc.; SUPER thin ceiling and walls. It’s hard to call out the positives when you are driven crazy by the daily noise.

This place is one of the nicest apartment buildings in the area.
The staff is amazing and the residents are the sweetest, friendliest people you will ever meet!
There is a huge heated pool and spa, lots of bbq grills, lots of lounge chairs to hang out by the pool and even multiple cabanas!
There is also a large clean fitness center, with plenty of free coffee and tea in the lobby area.
It is kept very pristine, in perfect shape, lots of upgrades, and so nice and quiet at night.
This place is fantastic for families and kids, and has many fun things to do.
The management is very helpful and patient, and the owner is frequently on the premises making sure everything is running smoothly. This place runs like a well oiled machine! Residents seem very fortunate to be here.
I like that this place is close to restaurants, parks, schools and malls.
The place is well lit and I feel very safe here.
Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

After living here for two years and writing a bad review, I just saw another bad review talking about my review. How this person wrote this review with name as Rocky describing how exactly in details happened according to Rocky talking about my experience at wyngate and why they didn’t want to renew my lease, I explained my bad experience at wyngate. Well either this person Rocky either is a staff member or a Wyngate resident which he/​she makes it sound like is a resident, so how a resident will know in details exactly what happened unless the staff from the office is talking to some residents about other residents business, which I find it very unprofessional and should be confidential. Or the staff office writes reviews about them selfs pretending is a resident who wrote the review, this tells people very clearly you cannot trust the staff office to keep your business confidential as should be, they should care more about single mother’s and on top of everything accusing my 13 year old daughter of flashing people on the highway out of the property, VERY UPSETTING! !
