I’ve had a fungus infection on one of my nails since I got them done in January. I’ll stick to the girls in Northbridge at Perfect 10 Nail Salon.

Got a pedi here after my pedi ran too quick at my reg place, and I liked that every new client they use a new tub liner. So you know the bacteria is your own, not the last 100 customers. Another thing I liked that I noticed, they dim the lights so you can actually relax. I never got why most places don’t get you want this to be a calming experience, some have bright light bulbs overhead even when they aren’t using the light to do nails. I will go back.

Got a pedicure here last second and it was very nice! Place is very clean and reasonable!

Clean and convient with large selection of polishes and plenty of pedi stations. The staff is very nice and accommodating!

It seems like I am the only one who got this type of service. But I will never be going back. The woman with braces yelled at me multiple times while the other women sat back and laughed. I wanted to tell her something that I didn’t like about how I wanted my nail shaped and she screamed not now! Not now! Not Now! By the time she did it, it was already too late. I will never be going back. Rude rude rude.

This is a terrific nail salon. They have all the important qualities: clean, friendly, excellent work and value. I get many compliments on my nails.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a great selection of colors and great selection of
gel colors. They are skilled and I got a pedicure and gel manicure for $ 55, and it was totally worth it. I would highly recommend this place and it’s a great addition to Sutton and the plaza. Even the customers there are super friendly, it’s easy to make friends. Very relaxing

They use tub liners for pedicure stations which made me feel like it was very clean. The massage lasted a long time, and the staff was very nice!

Finally a great nail salon in Sutton! Crystal Nails has all of the important attributes you would look for in a good nail salon:
Clean and sanitary — sterilized tools are brought to your station in a sealed pouch and opened in front of you. They use disposable pedicure basin liners — this is awesome!
Quality of work — each technician is really good. I’ve tried most of their manicures (gel, regular, DipIt) and have had different technicians perform services and I’ve always been happy with their work.
Appointments — if you make an appointment when you arrive they take you on time. It annoys me to no end when you make an appointment at a nail salon and you still wait for them to get to you when they can. At Crystal Nails if you have an appointment, and you arrive on time, they take you right away.
Price — Crystal Nails’ prices are competitive.
If you like gel manicures, try the DipIt manicure. I am hooked. The polish lasts as long as gels and does not require the use of the UV light and the product is not harsh on your nails.

I got ANC Dip color 2 weeks ago on my natural nail and my nails still look great! No chipping or splitting and they still look shiny and new. This was my first time at this salon and it was very clean, organized, open atmosphere. Only got a manicure, but noticed they used liners in the pedicure chairs which I thought was very professional.
The only thing I did not like was that it is not clear what they do (for example pricing or services they offer). I did not know they even did dip color until I saw it on the shelf and had to ask… other than that, good salon!

I have been to many nail salons in the area and I am so happy I found this one. The salon is very clean and sanitary (very important to me) they opened the sterilized instruments from a sealed paper/​plastic bag, used disposable files, disposable foot bath liners, and clean gloves. I got the basic pedicure which was $ 28 (average price for pedi) and it was amazing my nail tech spent a lot of time and attention to detail when trimming/​filing/​massaging/​painting my toes. The décor is very nice and relaxing. I will be returning and highly recommend this place. On a side note my friend got the gel nails there, her fill and hand painted design came out really nice.

I have followed Tracy, the owner of Crystal Nails, from a salon in Millbury. Crystal Nails is clean — really clean. Bright and soft pastel colors with nice paintings make it for a relaxing experience.
This salon offers new technology — dipping for nails… awesome, plan to try it soon. There are several pedi stations to accommodate a crowd! The thing that impressed me the most was the disposable plastic liner in foot bath. I feel so good knowing my feet are the only ones in there…
Tracy and her staff are top notch professional.
A visit to Crystal Nails will be an experience with which you will be so satisfied. Comparison to other salons that are nail factories is not even possible. This is a «salon» you will receive personal service and attention.

Just had an excellent pedicure at this new nail salon by John. He was very thorough with trimming, etc but also very careful that there were no issues & kept checking with me that all was ok.
The salon is very clean & up to date, especially being new.
I’ll be back for more services & glad this salon has opened in Sutton.
