Cake in the Box

Trenise made my 5 year old peanut allergic daughter’s first real birthday cake for her first real birthday party. It was incredibly difficult to find a bakery that caters to nut allergies. Luckily we found Trenise. She truly understands how scary it is for parents of food allergies because her own children have allergies. She held my hand, showed me labels, and was incredibly patient with my questions. Anyone living with food allergies will understand how hard it is to put your trust in someone else. She went above and beyond to make her cake extra special since it was her first cake. She also delivered a repair kit with cutters and extra supplies just in case something happened during the transport. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Everyone at her party raved about it. I cannot thank her enough for making my daughter’s day so special.

We were not pleased at all. The cake was over cooked & dry. Not homemade tasting to us all. However the decoration was nice. We reached out to the owner, but nothing was offered in return. I will not refer to any friends or family, plus her location is in her home. I was lost over 30 minutes looking for a building which no longer exist. Didn’t find out she bakes at her house until after the fact.

I am deathly allergic peanuts. So a friend suggested I try out this bakery as it is 100% nut free. Trenise is the owner and it turns out that both of her children are allergic to all nuts. So that instantly made me trust her. I ordered a death by chocolate cake for my 30^th birthday and let me tell you, it was AMAZING. Everything was exactly as I wanted it.
I noticed on her brochure that she also makes wedding and vegan cakes.
Definitely worth a try if you have allergies or are vegan!
