Dunkin’ Donuts

So everyone but me knew about National Doughnut day. I just planned my usual order of a medium coffee and bacon wrap. To my surprise I was informed I would receive a free doughnut. When I arrived at the window I was asked to use my coupon for .99 off for coffee for another day since I was receiving a free a free doughnut. I said no thank you I thought the doughnut was free just use my coupon and remove the doughnut. He «claimed» the «dumb» system couldn’t take two discounts. Ultimately, I paid for a free doughnut today. PATHETIC!!!

The place is great. The staff if friendly and the coffee is hot. I love their breakfast sandwiches.

First of all Dunkin has the best coffee out there! Haas Starbucks beat by a million! I love this location. I come in frequently on my way to work and they are always friendly and remember my order. At least 3 of the times I have been in I have seen someone pay towards the customers behind them bill (paying it forward) location is great for those of us traveling down McGinnis Ferry in that crazy traffic! Also the cheesy bagel twist is amazing!!!

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is relatively new as it opened about a year and a half ago. It has plenty of seating inside and free wifi so you can get a coffee and some breakfast and do some work or just hang out at the location. The owners are very friendly and they know their regulars either by your name or by your go to order. They also will give suggestions on new items or seasonal choices. The last time I came they had a cookie dough filled donut as well as a brownie filled donut. The cookie dough filled donut was great and tasted just like cookie dough but the brownie one seemed to be like chocolate but not as tasty.
The only minor downside I have seen to this location is that if you come in the afternoon or later, they start to lose a few of the varieties of items that they have in the morning. There won’t be as many types of bagels, donuts or munchkins but that’s pretty much everywhere. This is typically the trend at pretty much all locations but this one does a pretty good job at minimizing the loss of variety. Service is very attentive here and is fast if you order a breakfast or hot item. Great location to come to if you are craving some donuts!

These guys got there business figured out! I come here every morning before work for my coffee and the same guy is always there with a smile on his face and remembers who I am since I’m such a regular customer.
Coffee is never messed up. They always have it right, perfect blend and never mess up my order! I’m always running late by 5 minutes so when I come here if I wait in line at the drive thru I still am in an out of there in less then 3 minutes.

This Dunkin Donuts location is a joy to visit. The staff is always courteous and ready to help. They are pleasant each time I have been in or gone through the drive thru.
The selection of donuts is always fresh and well stocked. I have not been in right before closing so I don’t know what is left at the end of the day. I have been in the afternoon and the donuts are still fresh and plentiful. I have been to other locations that seem to run out and don’t make any more. I have not had that experience here.
They go the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable. They offered to help get my order to the car since I was juggling coffee and donuts. Great customer service!

I have visited numerous DD stores traveling around the country. Over the last 30 years, as we moved down the down the Eastern Seaboard from Maine, NH, VT, RI, VA and now GA, I had regular stores I would consider my home DD until I’d move again. That said I found it important to recognize this one particular DD store that has far surpassed the customer service in any store I have visited over the last 30 years.
This is an unsolicited recommendation and I’ll be adding it to Unilocal,Trip Advisor and anywhere else I can find who will take it.
The store at 7810 MiGinnis Ferry Rd., Suwanee, GA has the most polite and considerate people behind the counter, on a regular basis, I have ever seen. Each time I have gone inside or used the drive through, I have never once been treated like I’m putting someone out for being there. No one has ever questioned my order. If I want only 2 chocolate munchkins, I am not told I have to order at least 5. If I order my small coffee, cream, one Equal and pour it in a large cup (because it helps it cool down quicker), I am not met with, «Why don’t you just get a large?»
The employees never look at the customers like they’d rather be somewhere else. They treat you like you are their responsibility at that moment and they are going to do their job for you with excellence. I swear I can hear people smile through the drive through speaker! When I go inside there are well dressed, smiling, REALLY nice people of different ages and ethnicities waiting on me, making light conversation with a smile. It’s got to be the management. It always starts at the top.
I love this store!
