I placed an ordered late at night through their online store. The arrangement was for someone in GA and I live in NJ. The following morning I find two missed calls. I call the number back and was received with so much confusion. The person who picked up my call barely spoke english and could not locate my order. It was a mess that went on for about 15 minutes. Finally someone else got on the phone and they were very nice, figured out the problem and told me that the vase I ordered was out of stock. We switched it out and problem solved. My cousin received her arangement about 30 minutes after our conversation and I am very pleased to see how great it turned out. My cousin also said the delivery man was extremely nice!

This store is the Epitome of customer service!!! When I called to place an order, I was greeted by Satay who efficiently and graciously helped me place my order.(This was after a horrible encounter with a rude employee at another location). Satay not only took the time to help me pick out the perfect thank you gift but also ensured me it would be delivered within a specific time frame. If you’ve ever experienced Edible Arrangements, you know the product is good, just be careful which location you choose to order from. Thank you Satay, I will definitely order from you again!

Let me preface this by saying that I’ve never ordered or received an edible arrangement. So my review is mostly about this Edible Arrangement’s location which offers smoothies. My best friend was telling me about how there are some Edible Arrangement locations that serve fruit salad, parfaits and smoothies. I immediately started looking this up to see that there are two«Edible To Go» locations near me. I finally went and had one of their green smoothies: kale-pineapple-cantaloupe. There are lots of fruit choices, and you can even order a fruit pop which is basically like an edible arrangement stem of cut fruit(no big deal, right?). The smoothie I had was a bit too icy, but I could see the bits of kale in it. Maybe cantaloupe wasn’t the best fruit to choose as they only have 3 choices to add to kale and pineapple: honeydew, cantaloupe, and banana(I think). So I’ve got two issues with the smoothie. I have no doubts that the fruit is just as fresh as your usual Planet Smoothie or Smoothie King, in fact, there’s probably less sugar or syrup added to Edible Arrangement’s smoothies, BUT I could get bits of pineapple thorns in my smoothie. I didn’t like that much. Nor the fact that it takes a LONG time to wait for a drink that’s not even blended in front of you. The lady gathered some of the fruit which is refrigerated and already cut up in a case, but she went to the back to make the smoothie. I’m not sure if it’s because the made to order juices/smoothies are a new thing for lots of store owners, but I think I waited a good 10 – 15 minutes for one. So this isn’t the best place to go if you’re in a rush or maybe it’s a concept that’s still being tried out. I’d go back to try other combinations if I’m near one, but wouldn’t go out of my way.
