Executive Carwash did an excellent job. With several hours of hard work, they successfully removed a significant amount of tree sap damage from the paint of my car. I would highly recommend their services.

I’ve been getting my car washed here for years. It was the only car wash around my house.
We since have gotten more car wash businesses in the area I’ve shopped around.
So with comparison Executive Car Wash is Terrible!!!
Regularly they’ve been doing a sloppy job on our family’s cars.
But what really has me burned up is less than 24 hours ago I paid good money to have my car washed.
Came home parked my car in the garage and didn’t use it until this morning. (The next day)
While driving my son to school I was NOT able to see clearly out of the Windows.
My Windows look as though they were cleaned with Pledge furniture polish. When the sunlight hits the Windows in a certain way you can’t see out of them. Very cloudy.
So I took the time and went over to the car wash on my way home to express the issue with the owner.
HE DIDN’T CARE. Great customer service buddy.
He wanted to see the Windows.
I showed him. Unfortunately the car wasn’t in the proper sunlight hitting it the windows like when I was in traffic this morning.
Regardless. I told him I didn’t want a rewash I just wanted to alert him to a problem I noticed as a neighbor who’s been using his business.
The business owner didn’t give a hoot about my constructive criticism.
Therefore I feel you as consumers should know.
I will no longer be going back. There are too many company’s that value my business.

I decided to get my car washed at a different location with expectations of relaxing while my car was being washed… I was in for a surprise. When I drove in to the car wash I was approached by a very nice man who showed me a menu for me to choose a wash, which I did. He then noticed that I have an ornament on my car. He walked over to check it out, tried to move it, I assume to see if it was secure enough for the car wash, and said «wow, that is cool! I have one too!!» I did not think anything else because that is what happens every time I take it in for a wash. I waked inside, paid my bill and went to sit outside. I was approached by «the owner» who said, I can’t put your car through our wash, the ornament on your car is broken. I said «how can that be the man just checked it?», this person started yelling at me «Are you calling me a liar?», I am insulted that you would even suggest that?” Now yelling at me in front of a room filled with his customers. I was embarrassed and said «I did not, nor would I call you a liar, I am just curious because someone who works for you just checked the ornament.» This man was loud, rude and treated me in such a way that a business owner should never, ever speak to a customer.
I would never ever go back to this establishment because they do not know how to treat customers and are not worthy of getting my business. Shame on them!

I’ve always had a nice experience here, but this is my first review. I’ve used this business for both lube and wash and every experience has been very professional and pleasant. There are 2 large sofas and 50″ TV to relax with your service is performed. They also have a small gift shop, nail salon, and offer golf cart sales.
Located right behind the QT, this place get super busy when the weather turns nice. There are 4 – 5 levels of wash starting at $ 14.99. Give these folks a try. They have free popcorn and wifi while you wait. You also get a wash discount when you get a service! Nice touch.

Stopped in for a wash because my car desperately needed a bath. I ordered the executive package which included the trunk vacuum and the tires shined. It was $ 26. The woman who greeted me when I pulled up was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a bunch of stuff on the passenger side and she was so nice about it and said that she would take care of moving it to vacuum and putting everything back.
The lobby is very nice with lots of couches and a big TV. They offer free popcorn. They sell odds and ends that I would not expect to see at a car wash like a purse. Interesting.
Outside they have tables and rocking chairs. It’s so pretty outside that I sat on their patio area and enjoyed the weather. The patio is covered so it keeps the sun off you as well.
The workers really spent a long time on my car, and it looks terrific. I am puzzled by the bad reviews here. I had excellent customer service and attention to detail on my car. I would definitely come back!

I really don’t know what others are talking about.
Got in, great lobby indeed, got a free soda, free wifi, a loaner charger for my cell phone that I forgot to bring. Car was cleaned the best I have seen in my life. I went for the $ 95 full interior detail package so perhaps this is why I am so impressed with the cleaning. Maybe cheaper deals are less impressive, I can’t tell. $ 95 is very expensive but I’m very happy. Better than cactus car wash which was my previous favorite.
Owner was more than friendly. Are all reviews from competitors?
I have an old 2006 sienna and they made it look like new again. They dried the carpets and put them back in place. All panels are shiny, looks great to me!

Drove up and spoke with an employee about a «menu» with their options and ended up ordering an oil change, which qualified me for half off any of their car wash packages.
Walked over to get lunch and came back to a clean car, but with no oil change and a full price charge. Ended up just paying and leaving rather than deal with the hassle and wait even longer.
The car wash I received was thorough, albeit overpriced. It also was not what I asked for nor was it the price that we agreed upon.

HORRIBLE!!! Paid $ 55.00 and they didn’t even wash my car! Didn’t even wash it! When I asked to speak with someone, the man I spoke to, argued with me and insisted they did. A person knows when their car has been washed. Horrible!

I feel like I just wasted $ 31 of my money. I should have looked closer before I left but I had to pick up my child. For the money this is the worst car wash I have had in a long time. I called back to complain, they asked me what the issues were and I explained that they really didn’t vacuum or wipe down the back seat or clean my back window and I was told that they should have vacuumed it but if I wanted it wiped down I should have said something because that costs extra, really? They wanted me to come back so they could fit the problem but I really didn’t want to deal with them so I will just take care of it myself. FYI. My vehicle is brand new and wasn’t dirty. Never again I will just go back to Castle Car Wash where I know they do a great job all the time.

They get two stars because their lounge is nice. But if it were for the wash only it would be one star. The last two times I’ve taken my truck there it has come back with dirt in all the crevices — they don’t seem to like to get a cloth out and get into these as they should. The last time a asked them to do this but it was done half heartedly and they missed areas. They were also supposed to have waxed it but there are no droplets standing out when it rained (three hours after my wash) so if this was done it was done poorly. I was charged $ 4 extra for this too.
The time before my last visit, my inside windshield which was supposed to have been cleaned was hardly touched but I couldn’t tell this until I drove into the sun a couple of mornings hence. I should have gone back then to get them to fix it but it’s often quite busy for some unknown reason as it’s not very good.
My son has had similar experiences with his vehicle too. I won’t go back.
