KFC

So, I believe I just met the rudest person in your drive thru. I place my order, BTW they don’t serve the Nashville Hot Chicken anymore, but still have the sign up advertising it. So, I begin to place my order. They are now out of Mug Root Beer, which isn’t a big deal. But when I was told they were out of two items I wanted to order. I in a joking voice, while laughing said, «wow, you guys must be having a hard day.» In response I was told told «No, I’m not, but you are.» Not much of customer service at this KFC. Luckily the food is always tasty.

They never have anything, it’s always late, how is it «fast food» when nothing is prepared? I asked like 3 different completely different menus and only thing they had was hot wings that were not completely hot when I got it, so who knows how long that thing has been sitting there for.
And last night I ordered one of the menu and they said it will be 10 minute wait and it ended up taking 50 minutes or so. Not going there again, and if KFC ever sees this review, please get a new manager/​employees or your business is going to be gone.

Will not go back to this location. 33 min wait in drive thru with only 2 cars infront of me. Chicken smallest pieces I’ve ever seen and cold to boot! How do they stay in business?

Never again will I order crispy after experiencing how hard and dried it was. After biting into the first chicken, i immediately spat it out. The chicken felt like a brick. I think they refried this chicken like 3 times. It was disgusting. I took it back and politely asked for original recipe. With the dirty ass look the manager gave me, she asked me to wait 20 minutes because they ran out of chicken. Like really? KFC ran out of chicken?
Anyways, she took it back. A gentleman next to me asked what was wrong with it. I explained what happend and he ordered the original as well.
We both waited.
20 mins. Then 25. Then 30. Then 40.
In between the forty minutes. The manager kept glancing at me continuously giving me the dirty look.
The order of chicken came out. Thinking I can finally leave this hellhole. They call the other gentleman and tell him his orders ready. Like wtf? I obviously came first and he gets his order first? Had to wait another 5 minutes to get mine.
Never again will I come back to this shithole again. I feel bad for the two polite girls that worked at the counter.
I Read the reviews on this location before I went. The reviews suck. But it’s KFC. How bad could it be? Now I know.
You are a restaurant that serves chicken. Only chicken. How can you run out of it? This location isn’t even that busy.

Drive through experience was horrible.
After ordering the food I checked it quarter mile down the road it wasn’t what I had ordered I returned and was given a sink eye and it took them 10 min to make it right. I asked them why they did not give me what I ask for the answer was because they were sold out ’ really’ so you couldn’t tell me that and assumed I would go with it???
Manager on duty was really arrogant. The girls were doing what they were asked to do as their Job so no a me on the. It’s the team leader.

cashier got confused when i said no cash card only. she insisted cash.

Primarily, I eat here for the grilled chicken. However, they are regularly unprepared to deliver what you’ve ordered. 90% of the time, they don’t have grilled chicken in the evening so you’re asked to wait 20 minutes while they cook it. The same goes for their hot wings. Sort of defeats the purpose of it being fast food. Poor management and lack of appreciation of the customers that support you.

I personally just love KFC special original chicken. But whenever I order a bucket of original chicken it’s always cold/​not fresh/​small chicken parts. And just sometimes just plain chicken (no taste).
Whenever I would eat inside I would see on how dirty the store is. And on how disorganized the place is.
I wouldn’t really recommend going here.
