Welcome to Mathnasium – your neighborhood math-​only learning center that teaches kids math the way that makes sense to them. Our experienced math tutors utilize our proprietary teaching materials and techniques, The Mathnasium Method™, to deliver a customized learning plan designed to address each student’s needs, whether they started out far behind or are already ahead in math. Our instruction approach goes beyond traditional math tutoring to develop understanding and build a love for math.

History

Established in 2015.

The team at Mathnasium of Suwanee has been serving the community since early 2015. Mathnasium of Johns Creek and South Forsyth are under the same management team that has been serving these areas since 2005! There are now over 600 Mathnasium learning centers around the country helping math make sense to kids!

Meet the Business Owner

Chris L.

Business Owner

Chris graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1996. Upon graduation Chris spent six years in the Atlanta electronics industry. He headed back to Georgia Tech in 2002, where he went on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration. Chris’s main passion in life is teaching children, as exemplified in his roles as a Math tutor, Swim, baseball, softball, and basketball coach and Sunday school teacher. Chris has played a key role in setting the strategic direction of Mathnasium HQ since opening his first center in 2005. He has been a part of the leading franchisee committee since 2010 and plays an instrumental part in curriculum development. Chris currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Bridgeway Christian Academy. Chris and his wife, Holly, have three children.
