Good tanning prices. Always do a nice job on my brows. Staff is very nice and attentive.

Purchased a Groupon for 4 eyebrow waxes /​threading sessions for $ 14. Called a bit ahead of time (on a Sunday afternoon) to make sure I didn’t need an appointment, and got in and out within 10 minutes or less. First time getting my eyebrows threaded — most likely will not go back to waxing, as the threading felt much kinder to my skin. Super efficient and quick service! Definitely will be back to finish the rest of my Groupon.
However, don’t expect small talk or pampering that you might find in a typical upscale salon. For me, pampering and «above and beyond» customer service isn’t a must-​have — I’m just glad to have my eyebrows tamed. This is just a heads up if you’re expecting that upscale/​pampering type of service (but again, for me, no big deal).

I found them bc I purchased a Groupon. I’ve become a regular member since then. They always do a great job on the threading. I also get waxing done at a good price compared to what is charged at the nail salons that offer waxing services. No complaints here. Also I hardly ever have a long wait time compared to Rubys that is always packed.

Great place with friendly people. I researched them, because I wanted to get a henna tattoo. I’ve never gotten one before, so I was super excited to try it. The lady who did it did a great job! She was very sweet, and made me feel at ease. The henna looks great still, and it was very reasonable too. :). I will definitely be back!

My friend Tammi D. wanted to get a henna tattoo done on her pelvis area instead of her hands and she found out that this salon offered the specific services. All the ladies here were super friendly and accommodating!
While she was getting her henna tattoo, I got some threading services done and the results were fantastic!
If you work or live in the Johns Creek area, their salon services are awesome, affordable and much cheaper that any other salon that offers similar services. Be sure to check them out or ask me for more info.

I found Solar Salon through Groupon when I purchased a eyebrow threading package of 4 for $ 12. Even though my groupon was expired, they still let me use it. I started getting my eyebrows threaded this year and after going around to a few places, Solar Salon is ok.
The lady who worked on me was good about listening to my concerns and preferences: I don’t like my brow ends to be too short or thin. She threaded so that they were symmetric — always good. She also threaded a bit on the side of my head, adjacent to my brows, so I appreciated the extra attention. Also, the wait isn’t too long since they’re staffed with at least 3 ladies who were mostly doing threading services.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the lady who worked on me had fingers that first smelled like curry. Then I wondered if she had a McDonald’s Big Mac because I caught the familiar waft of the thousand island dressing sauce. That was a bit distracting because then I started wondering if she had washed her hands. Also, after the threading, I had brow hair all over my face. I didn’t get at least a tissue to wipe it off, or I really like what BrowArt23 does, they pat it off with a cotton ball dipped in witch hazel.
This place is located in a shopping center next to Kroger, but behind a Quiktrip. Please note, it’s not the salon/​spa Solara Sol near the LA Fitness.
I’ll probably be back for the rest of my threading package. This location is much better with more reliable hours than Brow Arch on Jones Bridge.

I have been to this place multiple times. The staff that work at the salon is nice and the services they offer is great! I really like how detailed they are at their craft. I got my eye brows threaded and every time my eyes look so precise and arched the way I want it. They are all very nice.

There seems to be a new threading place opening up all the time. I’ve been to a few of them in the same price range. My eyebrows come out perfect, every time over here. A few other places it was hit or miss. The girls here will take your time with you since there is enough of them. Since there are a few you will not have to wait long. I also enjoy the 10 $ facials that they have here.

They have a special on their website and they would not honor it. That is not right!

I tried this place for a brazilian wax after receiving a coupon. The staff (except for one apparently unhappy woman) was quite nice. The waxing though, was probably the most painful I’ve had. I’ve been brazillian for close to a year. The wax is entirely too hot, it burned something fierce. I’m not sure I’d go back, it’d have to be a spectacular coupon!

I used to come here a lot more frequently and was always happy with the threading. I left town for a few months and came back, and there’s a different person doing threading, and she ALWAYS makes my brows too thin, even when I tell her I’m trying to grow them back a bit. The last time I was there they weren’t even symmetrical, but I said they were OK just because I didn’t want her to take any more off. I only have one more visit until I get a free threading, but I don’t think I’ll be going back after this last time.

You cannot beat the price of eyebrow threading…$ 6! They also have a frequent threaders card so you earn free services. If you give them your email address they send you phenomenal coupons! The women are friendly and even without an appointment I have never had to wait long. The only other place that I found that offered threading was an Aveda salon where the price was substantially higher!
