Someone needs to take a serious look at their front office processes because I found them deplorable. I filled out reams of new patient paperwork then waited 45 minutes. At that point, the front office people thought I had already had my treatment and told me they didn’t take my insurance so I’d have to pay it out-of-pocket. During my long wait, there were at least a half-dozen unoccupied PTs and yet no one ever called me in for my appointment. And the office staff waited until AFTER they thought I’d had my treatment to inform me about the insurance. Coincidence?
