Subways are obviously franchises, all pretty typical, and it’s the owners and the people they hire that make the difference. This particular location is one of the worst for customer service with a reprehnsible employee named Christina. Today I was trying to buy a couple sandwiches with my 7 year old daughter when we ran into the sassiest, rude-est(if that’s a word), most degrading employee I’ve ever met. She refused to correct a mistake she was having ringing up our purchase and would not correct or acknowledge her mistake. She ended up becoming very insulting, refused to even sell us our meal in front of my daughter and a store full of customers! I used to visit this store 2 or 3 times a month with my kids. NEVERAGAIN! On to Quizno’s!
