Worst customer service I have ever received. having made a reservation through the reservation system and guaranteeing it with a credit card, The barely English speaking gentleman at the desk refused to honor any rate or the reservation itself unless we paid an additional substantial amount of money. This is the standard bait and switch operation. Though this is a very low budget and barely maintain the property, the $ 80 that they wished for the room was substantially higher than the $ 40 that was guaranteed by reservation. The reservation was not honored so we went next-door to Motel 6 where the counter persons were very friendly attentive and courteous go next door.

This is about another Sun Suites location in Duluth GA but I wanted to make sure that people know how downright racist this company is. My family stayed here on a couple of occasions when we were preparing for our move to the Atlanta area. The first time we stayed was okay, the place was clean there wasn’t a lot of noise. A few months passed by and we came back to make our final move. I would NOT recommend this place ATALL if you are not Caucasian. There was a big girl at the front desk who told the manager that she felt uneasy when my husband(a black man) would go to the vending machine to get a late night snack. Nothing was told to us until the next day when I was at work 30 miles away and I was told for that reason we were being kicked out and that we would have a restraining order placed on us from coming back. If you don’t want someone using a vending machine in the public quarters of your establishment after a certain time, wouldn’t it be fair to suggest to unplug it or put a sign up saying that it is only operational between certain hours? The owner of the facility who handled the situation did so very poorly, he not only didn’t apologize for the situation but proceeded to stand by their choice of making us leave with our small child AND getting the police involved for no reason at all. Racist and ignorant people, and i will make sure never to do business with this chain again!

DONOTSTAYHERE. I’m writing this in the parking lot. 1. Elevators not working 2. Room smelled like years worth of OLD sour cream chips? It was musty as all hell. I ran over to the AC and put it on blast and left the front door open. 3. Apparently the cleaner JUST cleaned the room before we got there? …and yet… — we have a double room and all the pillows were thrown on ONE bed with NOPILLOWCOVERS… just laying smack dab in the middle. –no soap –no towels –cleaner must’ve been a brunette because there’s hair on our toilet. –coffee maker is «brown» even though it’s SUPPOSE to be white –__– 4. The previous review mentioned bedbugs? Hell no. I’ll be doing laundry before I head home. 5. They gave us the towels to bring up to the room OURSELVES 6. They gave us the pillow covers to put on OURSELVES. Wen u just«need a place to lay your head» …that is wat u get. Never again… ever.

Way bad. Bad service and beadbugs in rooms. You bring your laundry like towels and bedding down to office for them to clean and return once cleaned. They will call you to get them unless your phone dosent work like mine. There’s no base boards or anything in bathroom with mold around floor to wall edges. Light switches are broken but you may get lucky dk. Also my stove blows out sparks and trips the breaker when you turn it on. To put the icing on the cake I get a 20 dollar late fee for paying 15 min late after hotel clock doesn’t work and they cant call cause the phone’s broke wtf.
