The management just commented that I was asking for «special privileges». Their leases contain a clause that allows them to jack up your rent by about 30% if you don’t «properly» inform them of ending your lease. For the last two months I had to pay in excess of 1,500 for a cruddy 1 bedroom apartment. It is my understanding that this clause violates GA law but it would have cost me more in attorney’s fees to fight it. As you can see their management group gets a D– by BBB
. Take a look at what some other tenants have said. This place is absolutely horrible!!! They are poorly built and maintained.

When I first moved here it was great as of late not so much. The theatre is a nice amenity if it ever worked. I made 5 different service requests before they fixed it. They’re on your ass when they need something from you but when you need something from them they take their sweet time. They will also nickel and dime you when it comes time to move out and find any loop hole possible to make you pay extra. The apartment itself isn’t too bad but the staff is awful. If you never need anything replaced or want to use the amenities or do anything other than pay your rent its a great place. Other than that, look elsewhere.

I’ve lived here almost a year and the fire alarm has randomly blared at 2 am over three times already. My ears ring for hours. The thing is, it never randomly goes off during the day… only in the middle of the night! I can’t wait to move out when my lease ends.

These are really nice apartments but the prices are outrageous! We signed a nine month lease at $ 1765 a month and they’re raising our rent to $ 1810! They apparently forgot where we are located and think we’re in the city. The pool is really nice but small. The exercise room is pretty good for an apartment community. It’s a safe community and dog friendly but just ridiculously overpriced.

I think this property is the best in Gwinnett! Spacious apartments with granite and stainless steel appliances. The property feels like a resort with the two story fitness center, salt water pool, large movie theatre and billiards room. Ask for Mimi or Karey!
