TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY SLOW if they even acknowledge you, INACCURATE SHIPPING ESTIMATES, RUDE CLERKS,
Slow because the ‘college kid’ clerks are not trained well or incompetent. You could stand there for a long time while they try to ignore you and hope you go away instead of providing any service. Brought package in to get an estimate on shipping, took them forever because they didn’t know how to give an estimate and had to wait for the more experienced guy. Finally got the estimate. Went back a couple of days later and the quote was suddenly $ 60 more. What??? It was the same guy who initially gave me the quote too. Of course, he said he didn’t remember, how convenient. Left with my package and went to another store.
NOT RECOMMEND and WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
