Our Homeowner’s Association WAS a loyal repeat customer to this business. It was made clear to me that since this company is now getting larger jobs, they have forgotten about their smaller repeat customers.
I contacted them the 1^st part of April to repair all of our signs and they were to pick them up on April 22^nd. They failed to pick them up and I have tried contacting them via phone and email a few times since. This past Monday someone answered when I called and said Bob would call me when he got in the office. This morning, I called again and Bob answered. He informed me that Kids R Kids contracted them 2 weeks ago (that’s well over a week after they were to have picked up and repaired our signs) to do their signs and it’s a $ 6,000 job. He stated, «Sorry I didn’t get back with you but I’ve been busy.» I said, «Oh okay, well we’ll find someone else to do our signs.» And he hung up on me. They will never have our business again.
